Spent New Year’s Eve bickering because they wanted 2 CENTS from me… literally… they wanted to round the bill up 2 cents even though I was paying with card? It took 2 workers and a manager before they finally stopped trying to gaslight me on how cash rounding works…

Very bad experience with Pizza Hut in Toronto, Canada. We placed an order through Pizza Hut and received no receipt, no ketchup, and the delivery person was rude and unfriendly. They didn't even provide napkins or anything. They charged me without giving me a detailed itemized receipt and didn't apply the 2-for-1 promotion. I'm very disappointed with their service and lack of transparency in billing. They have an obligation to tell me what they're charging me for!

They refused to honour their own bogo deal from a receipt... Then tried to tell me I couldn't escalate. Very poor service, which is unfortunate because they've been pretty good before.
