Pizza was delivered 30 minutes late then the suggested time. Manager gave lame excuse than there were many deliveries hence the delay. Very impolite and not empowered manager!

Gave the order to someone else and reported that I picked it up but didn’t deliver. Atleast check before you hand over the order to someone rather than blaming it on someone else.

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had, and I will never return to this Pizza Hut location. I clearly and specifically ordered a cheese pizza only, yet they still put pepperoni on it. That alone is unacceptable, but it got worse.
When I pointed out their mistake, the lady working there spoke to me in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and mean manner instead of apologizing or fixing the order. No professionalism, no accountability, and absolutely no respect for customers.
The pizza was cold, poorly made, and looked like it was thrown together with zero care. The crust was soggy, the toppings were a mess, and the wait time was much longer than promised. Instead of correcting THEIR mistake, I was treated like an inconvenience.
This location is an embarrassment to the Pizza Hut brand. I wasted my money, my time, and my patience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place entirely. I will never be coming back.

I’ve been here now 4 times in the last year and every time there was either something wrong or not done properly. Ordered a meat pasta once and it drenched in a pool of sauce, ordered a pizza recently and the stuff crust cheese was solid, felt like they just put a cheese string into it, the pizza also was so flat, I didn’t ordered thin crust so why is my pizza so flat? Just a disappointment every time going in there. Workers here need proper training and knowledge on how to make a good pizzahut pizza. You guys are disappointing a lot of people, does Pizzahut care?

Ahmed the manager is a scammer almost sent my family to the hospital.
I placed an order for two pizzas:
One 14-inch large pan pizza with green peppers and mushrooms
One Veggie Lovers pizza
Because I have a newborn at home, I sent my husband and toddler to pick up the order. When they arrived, the staff informed them that the order had not been placed. The manager then handed my husband two pizzas, assuring him they were correct, even after my husband asked for confirmation.
When the pizzas arrived home, I discovered that the green pepper and mushroom pizza had tomatoes on it. This is extremely concerning, as my toddler cannot eat whole tomatoes he can choke, which is why I specifically excluded tomatoes from the order. Consuming even a small amount could have resulted in a serious medical emergency.
My husband returned to the store, where the cashier admitted they had knowingly given us the wrong order. Despite this, the manager, Ahmed, dismissed the issue, refunded only $12, and offered no apology. When I later called to discuss the matter, he was dismissive and rude, insisting he had checked the toppings himself, even though the cashier had already acknowledged the mistake. His response was unprofessional and showed no regard for the seriousness of the situation.
This experience was not only frustrating but also posed a significant health risk to my child. The fact that staff knowingly provided the wrong order and the manager failed to take responsibility is unacceptable.
I would like this matter escalated and addressed appropriately. Please advise me on the next steps, as I believe this requires urgent attention to ensure no other family is put at risk due to such negligence.
