Pizza Hut Mississauga

This is my favorite place for every Tuesday, since they have started $2 pizza. Staff here is friendly and hardworking. They always make sure that you left the store with smile. Thank you for serving us all these.

I ordered two toppings pizza and it was awesome.
I will definitely come back again.

I just ordered a pizza and bread. The bread looks as if it was cooked for 45 seconds and the pizza is nor cooked properly either. Worst ever! This location is always off compared to others.

Tastes great but feel like the large has shrunk to the size of a medium for $28

If you are thinking of ordering pizza from here, do yourself a favour and don’t. This pizza hut is the worst location. After months of dieting all I wanted was a good pizza and unfortunately they ruined it for me. Pizza was gross, not cooked right, cold and soggy.
The delivery took more than an hour and the delivery driver didn’t seem to care. No customer service nothing just a waste of $50, I regret even taking my order after waiting for more than an hour. If you are craving pizza order from the Dominos down the street it is way better and way cheaper!

I placed an order for 2 pizzas order number 6403484876 and one of the pizzas had a piece of plastic in it. I called the store and no one answered. I called Pizza Hut and they said since we placed an order online I have to call the store. They were no help very disappointed 😡

They only brought part of my order and no one pocks up the phone to bring the full order out. The pizza is also badly burned and horrible

They do not offer any halal options despite being located in a halal plaza. Unfortunate. I got veggie and it took 3 hrs extra. What a horrific location

Non-existing customer service, argumentative staff for substandard food. Staff attitude is horrible - once you pay for it that's it, onus is on to you. No question of making things right nor any question of finding any middle ground for agreeable solution. This location needs to be closed down or Pizza Hut needs to fire the franchisee for me to order again from Pizza Hut.

I got this pizza uncooked.

Ordered a pizza, and after over an hour and a half of waiting, it finally showed up cold and soggy. Countless useless apologies, no full compensation—just a sad, lifeless pizza and a side of disappointment. If I wanted to wait this long for something underwhelming, I’d have just made my own. Never ordering from here again.

Customer service was even worse. They tried to connect me to the store 4 times and no one was picking up. They had no solutions, only offered me 20% off my next order which is just pathetic.
Never ordering from Pizza Hut again, especially this location.
I would highly recommend no one order from here ever unless you want a terrible experience with no answers, no solutions and cold food.

I recently ordered from this Pizza Hut location, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. When I opened the pizza box, I immediately noticed a hair embedded in the cheese…not just sitting on top, but actually cooked into the pizza. It was beyond disgusting.

I reached out to the store to report the issue, but to my surprise, they didn’t even bother responding. No apology, no offer to make things right, just complete silence. For a major chain like Pizza Hut, I expected at least some level of customer service, but apparently, that’s not a priority here.

If you care about food hygiene and customer service, I’d suggest taking your business elsewhere. I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again.
