Found out that they do not use gloves or wash their hands in between when making the pizzas, which was surprising to find out as a vegetarian ordering from their restaurant since they primarily make meat-based pizzas. Will not be ordering anymore.

I am deeply disappointed with portnoys review on this pizza, it is a heavy stretch for this to be In the 8's . Also very pricey! The Portnoy review on North of Brooklyn is an absolute under rating and NOSTRA is just over rated, not worth the hype on this one and not worth the drive. Portnoy and nostra no bueno

I had heard the pizza at Pizza Nostra was exceptional, but you really have to taste it to believe it. I had thin crust Vodka Sauce with Pepperoni, and The Sammy on the thick Sicilian style crust.
Both were so much more than I expected. Very flavourful sauces, both well baked crusts which is super important, and an excellent selection of toppings. If there is to be any downfall it's that it's a 20 minute drive from me. Honestly I think it's the best I've found in Mississauga.
Genuinely impressed.
Vegetarian options: There are a lot more vegetarian options than most other pizza places.
Parking: Very limited. We got lucky.
