Ordered delivery yesterday at 3:30pm. Delivery guy called me asking to come downstairs to get my pizza. He was too lazy to come upstairs - he lied there was no security to give him access for elevator. I ordered delivery for a reason. Getting tired of these lazy delivery ppl refusing to complete their job. Don't waste your tip money. These are the kinds of ppl that ruin delivery service. Recommend the store get rid of this delivery driver.

I thought I would write this because now a days with declining customer service. She is an asset to this location. Food is great too .

The worst pizza I’ve ever had. The anchovies were extremely salty to the extent non edible. The pizza didnt look & taste fresh, it was dry, cold. I wasted $33 dollars literally.

I was looking for a quick bite and was really glad to find that Pizza Nova offers pizza by the slice, unlike many places that only sell whole pizzas in September 2022. With a hungry appetite, this was just what I needed!
Though the slices were pre-made, they were still soft, fresh, and flavorful — far better than I expected. There was also a good variety of options, including veg, non-veg, and other selections, which made it easy to find something I liked.
If you're craving pizza but don’t want to commit to a full pie, Pizza Nova is a great choice. Convenient, tasty, and satisfying — highly recommended for pizza slice lovers!

The restaurant staffs are unprofessionals. Waited at the counter for 10 mins and no one was there at the counter. The staffs were either busy with their phones and having chit chats back in the kitchen. Bad experience.

I placed a pickup order and needed to use the washroom while waiting. Both washrooms were locked, and despite asking three times, the staff ignored me. Eventually, the cook said it was out of service. Felt dismissed infront of other customer—won’t return.
