I've been a regular customer to this Pizza Nova location for so many years and always happy with their food and service.
The staffs, the food and the service deserve a 5-Stars.
But I would like to give a 1-Star to the owner of this place!!
For the last 2 months the air-conditioning at this location is broken and the owner doesn't bother to fix it.
I usually dine-in for my lunch but the temperature and humidity inside is unbearable!!
It also makes me doubt the freshness on those pre-baked pizzas because of the hot and humid environment.
Feel really bad fot the staffs because they have to suffer in such environment...
I hope the owner or Pizza Nova HQ see this review so they can resolve the issue, it's a food place therefore the quality of environment inside the place is very important.
