I have spent so much money getting pizza from these guys that they called me to offer me a coupon. It said on the coupon to call when using. I called in tonight and mentioned the coupon. They said just show the coupon to the driver when they arrive. When I showed him the coupon he didn't know what to do. He left and went back to the store, then came back and told me to use it next time and I would have to pay for it this time. I paid for the meatballs, which were moderately good at best. The kicker was the driver took the coupon so I do not get to use it again. Never going to buy from them again.

I write this review with a heavy heart. Have been going to this pizza place for over 20 years and it was one of my top choices with quality, price and friendly service. My go to for pizza and chicken pollini. Went about a month ago and as I am waiting I can see an employee making my pollini. She drops 1 on the floor as they are being tossed in the sauce, looks around, picks it up and puts it back in with the others. When i call her out I am told she is new and they remake them. How can I ever trust to eat here again? This has nothing to do with training, where else is she cutting corners? Beyond frustrating.

The seating area is dated and the restaurant was dirty. I did a walk in order last night and it was a nightmare. I ordered 2 sandwiches, a panzarotti and a lasagna. The sandwiches boxes were labeled incorrectly and the toppings were added in reverse. I called customer service to complain and got credit but then I realized that they don't bake the panzorottis anymore, they deep fry them! I should have 3 credits on my account now because last time I got a snadwich with no meat just toppings (different location). They can keep their credit. They lost my business. Pay attention to who your giving franchises too, they will ruin your business!

Terrible experience, tried ordering a pizza large came with 4 toppings asked for extra cheese to be a topping. Stated cheese isn’t a part of the toppings and it would be extra. I told him that was ridiculous stated leave a review about it. Here we are.
