I ordered a large vegetarian pizza for pick-up in-store. It was busy, so came back 30 minutes later to pick up. Only 2 people in store when I returned. When got home, there was a huge spitball on the centre of the pizza. Called Head Office, referred complaint to store owner. Never heard back until almost 5 months later… too late, threw pizza out long ago and NEVER EAT PIZZA NOVA ever again… especially this store. Seems to be consistent problem, poor service, disrespectful cooks. Check your pizza for spit if you order from this store… I suspect disgruntled staff. Management issue.

This is what you get after waiting for 1.5 hours. Cold, burnt pizza with a driver attitude of well it should be hot when asked. Called head office and spoke to a really. Nice lady Sapna. Owner of this location only wanted to give $35.00 off the bill. When she called again to speak to him he offered full refund. We order here all the time and the last few times has been bad but not this bad. This is a Tuesday Night. You can tell the pizzas were re heated or sitting on the ovens to keep warm. Driver left store 1 hour after order was placed. Sad for a high quality pizza joint. This will be the last time we order from this place. Save your time and money.

First time ordering, front door is kept locked with no signage which is not only confusing but inconvenient. 37 minutes for an overdone, thin crust, medium pizza and low quality ingredients. Not worth the price.

Excellent pizza, service was fast as I got my pizza hit in 20 min.. driver (with beard speaking clearly) was so curious , I forgot to tip him on the machine, when I realized my mistake, he said next time lol which is unheard of for me

Finally tried Pizza-iolo and it was awesome. Ordered one pepperoni and one fredo pizza and Karan cooked them to perfection! The dough was great and good ratios as well, will certainly order again!

The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and everything was made with great attention to detail. You can tell she puts care into her work. Refused to look at and accept my 'confirmed order' for a large veggie pizza placed using the Skip the dishes app; basically gaslit me into having to purchase another pizza that I then had to wait 20 minutes for. In short, I was charged twice and only got 1 item. Awful customer service.

I personally witnessed the girl working there dropping a pizza out of the oven and scooping it up and putting back in the box like it was no big deal. Disgusting people working there.
Avoid this place like the plague and you will be better for it.
