Had an amazing experience at Pizza Nova! Huge shoutout to Ashwini for making one of the best pizzas I’ve had. The crust was perfectly crispy, the toppings were fresh, and everything was made with great attention to detail. You can tell she puts care into her work. I ordered two pizza through Skip the dishes. One of the pizza delivered was completely wrong.
Skip the dishes took the complaint, did nothing to assist me directly. I then called pizza novas central number and was passed to customer service who told me they could do anything either as the order was placed through Skip the dishes (still no response 45 minutes later).
So, I drove to the store.
