This Pizza Nova location is poorly run and lacks professionalism. The first time I ordered for pick-up, the pizza was burnt and poorly cut. When I complained, the woman at the counter—who I assume was the owner—was incredibly rude, telling me to "take it or leave it." I ended up leaving the pizza and went to Pizza Pizza instead.
A month later, I decided to give them another chance after receiving a promo on Uber Eats. I placed an order, which was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes since the location isn’t far. However, an hour passed with no delivery. When I called to complain, the same rude woman answered and started cursing at me over the phone. The pizza finally arrived an hour and a half later, but it was cold by then. I’ll never order from this location again.

This has been my go-to spot for over 30 years now and can definitely say this is my favourite Pizza Nova spot. The owners Sam and Mary are great people who have been there since the beginning and serve a slice of heaven each time:) I usually get the walk-in pepperoni special and it never disappoints! Going through the negative reviews here and I truly believe it's people just having a bad day since they always end up going back;)

Customer service is a zero! I ordered off door dash and seen no movement on my order for a hour .. so I called the man and he proceeded to tell me that my order had been cancelled .. I explained to him that couldn’t be because it says it’s being made on my end plus who would really call and cancel beside me or DoorDash .. he just repeated him self saying someone called in to cancel.. I knew he was lying because right after we hung up the phone it says the order was heading to me. I quickly got in contact with door dash and they cancelled the order for me they explained that if the order had said delivered I wouldn’t even have gotten my money back! This store was trying to complete the order without it even being made and or delivered! Watch out for these guys because they definitely are not truth worthy establishment.
