I was disappointed with my visit to Pizza Nova The tables were dirty, and the Tabasco bottle was extremely filthy. The trash bins were overflowing, and yet the staff were just chatting with each other while the place wasn’t even busy. I expected better hygiene and service.

GO SOMEPLACE ELSE! Ordered a party size pizza while staying at Great Canadian Resort. Pizza dough was ridiculous - clearly evident that two pizza doughs were stretched then stacked on top of each other to make the party size as it was ripping apart in the middle. Nasty! This place clearly likes to cut corners and we won't be going here again! Advice to management - stop cheating your customers!! People aren't stupid - it's obvious what your doing! Placing a call to HO tomorrow! If this is acceptable to Head Office - then we're totally done with Pizza Nova!

I used to love this location and Pizza Nova was my favorite pizza. We ordered a large walk-in special. It was burnt and tasted like cardboard. I was craving pizza but was extremely disappointed with the quality ruined my evening. They are so cheap with the cheese even so prices didn't even have any cheese. Just awful wouldn't recommend. Such a shame. Also the manager this short little Asian man was extremely rude. Will not return ever lost my business

This Pizza Nova location is poorly run and lacks professionalism. The first time I ordered for pick-up, the pizza was burnt and poorly cut. When I complained, the woman at the counter—who I assume was the owner—was incredibly rude, telling me to "take it or leave it." I ended up leaving the pizza and went to Pizza Pizza instead.
A month later, I decided to give them another chance after receiving a promo on Uber Eats. I placed an order, which was supposed to arrive in 30 minutes since the location isn’t far. However, an hour passed with no delivery. When I called to complain, the same rude woman answered and started cursing at me over the phone. The pizza finally arrived an hour and a half later, but it was cold by then. I’ll never order from this location again.

Awful customer service, first I got hang up because I wasn’t sure about the address, the I got into an aurgument with another one because of their bad service they were both Indian. What a terrible service.
They have good deals available but if you don't ask, they don't tell you.

This has been my go-to spot for over 30 years now and can definitely say this is my favourite Pizza Nova spot. The owners Sam and Mary are great people who have been there since the beginning and serve a slice of heaven each time:) I usually get the walk-in pepperoni special and it never disappoints! Going through the negative reviews here and I truly believe it's people just having a bad day since they always end up going back;)
