My friend and I got a pizza here, took 10-15 minutes before it was ready. Got a chicken mushroom onion pizza on white sauce( instead of the traditional tomato sauce) with jalapeño dipping sauce. Great pizza, and ingredients tasted fresh. Cheese was the best part as it tasted great and wasn’t overly salty. Since we ate there in person, we drizzled some extra virgin olive chilli oil on the pizza and that tasted very good as well. Nice spicy kick to the pizza. Great place for a solid pizza.

I've eaten at alot of Pizza Novas and the crust was good but there was barely any cheese and sauce, this is why I like the franchise but this location is a no for me. I definitely won't go to that location again.

This is probably one of the better pizza chains around. Crispy crust and not too doughy, reasonable amounts of toppings and a few extra menu option items they do well. Reasonably priced also.

I didn't expect this from a pizza store but honestly, the tastiest potato wedges I ate in my life so far.
The manager was outstanding and looked after my order very well . I was feeding over 30 people, and the pizza was delivered in a timely fashion . It was freshly made, and everyone loved it .I will use this place again.

Hi it’s the very first time I went to Pizza Nova in Mississauga near Canadore College. My first experience turned to be extremely bad one that I would never suggest anybody to go there. I faced an arrogant behavior by a lady at cash counter around 5 P.M. She took our order and when we were eating and enjoying our Pizza that lady starting us taunting for the seasoning the chilies flaxes and oreganos that we were using. She directly targeted the students by saying you students come here and keep these bottles with you. My friend said Madam you should place more bottles for customers so avoid this situation; she said we cannot do it for you only. Then we asked here to atleast write here to return back immediately that nobody take it to their table. She again argued.We said this the very first time we come here. If we would knew that we have immediately return back. Even the moment she said we were using it and were just to return it back to the counter. Moreover, Canada where customers are respected and their opinions and request are welcomed but the arrogant lady instead of just saying to return back bottles once you have used, started taunting used wrong words and targeting us that was not acceptable. Because of her behavior, when I became angry with her behavior and put the bottles back on the counter and said your behavior is not good towards students, she called me mental and said my friend that I have mental issues used such insulting words for me. She tried to be little racist as she said you behavior is spoiling back home reputation. It was extremely annoying I said why are you targeting students, we will not come back you again, she said we don’t want you to come here again. This type of behavior just because of that seasoning is not acceptable. We have been to other pizza restaurants but nobody had behaved like it they always welcome our any of our issue and help them to resolve instead of arguing and using wrong words. When one of my friends was asking madam you started this your behavior was not good she said my friend you are talking in English. I don’t know what her logic behind this dialogue was, I think it was just because the everyone was speaking Hindi. But it was totally senseless.Thank You two gentlemen over there who asked the lady to keep calm and also asked us to enjoy food. But unfortunately our evening was spoiled.

Good quality food. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive. Only reason I did not give 5 starts is the location, which is a bit inconvenient. Perhaps this improves considering the current ongoing developments in the area.
