Pizza Nova is that reliable pizzeria that always delivers. You will find the same menu as always with their classic pizzas, chicken wings and salads. The quality is consistent and the service generally friendly, although it can sometimes be a little slow when busy. Overall, it's a safe option if you're looking for a decent pizza without too many surprises, but don't expect a mind-blowing dining experience either.

Great for a quick slice! The guy at the counter was a bit weird. We asked to try the hot honey, he insisted drizzling it on the pizza, but we just wanted some on the side to try. LOL What if we didn't like it? Having it on all the pizza didn't make sense. He got upset and said we're not allowed to give the honey on the side, but he was willing to drizzle it on the pizza. Make it make sense. LOL Pizza was decent.

My favorite chain of pizza places. Nothing much else to say. I've never had a bad one. I'd give five stars but there are smaller mom and pop places that do it better. Not many places do but there are some. Gr8 eats here ✌️

Guy leaves and 10mins later comes back to give me my money back. That's some honest service. Much respect to that Delivery guy. Wish I could remember his name.

I visited late on Friday night and ordered a Custom Veggie Plant-Based Pizza: My choice of toppings—roasted red peppers, Portobello mushrooms, plant-based pepperoni, cheese, spinach, and onions and the gentleman that made my pizza was generous with the toppings. The vibrant colors, the perfectly arranged toppings—it was perfect! The crust was perfect! Thin, delicate, and impeccably crispy. Pizza Nova nailed it! I added a few condiments like hot pepper flakes, garlic and drizzled chili oil, and olive oil over, which are free btw. These just elevated the pizza flavor even more. It tasted delicious and as good as gourmet pizza. Best pizza ever! And for me, service is friendly, helpful, and patient and the staff do really care about making your pizza ?? special. I highly recommend Pizza Nova at Dixie and Dundas and ignore the mixed reviews. ?

I went to this branch to buy pizza last night! I placed the order and a I went to this branch to buy pizza last night! I placed the order and the rower man an Indian accent, took the order. He told me to wait 25 minutes, I said, normally they say 15 minutes.he said It takes at least 25 minutes with a rude attitude. I said fine then, I'll wait. Then, other customers like me waited there .this low-quality rower bickering with other people working behind him. Finally, this guy brought the pizza and said to me in a rude way, said take it go also he like throwing put kn desk ." I headed towards the pizza and he took my garlic sauce from the fridge and threw it on the pizza. I was very surprised and saw that he treated me so bad . I asked him, "Can you tell me your name?" He shouted at me again in a harsh tone and said "wait, I'll give you my name." Then I walked away without saying anything because my friend was waiting for me outside. I had to be patient in order not to embarrass him. As I walked out the door, he shouted at me, calling me a stupid . I am currently complaining about this vile man here and I will also send an e-mail to the general manager of Pizza Nova. This vile man has no right to treat me like that. If Pizza Nova doesn't terminate his employment, I will boycott all Pizza Novas again.,I hope pizza nova will take attention about it if k again see this rude boy there k will never go to there and I will again report on reviews

Ordered dinner here tonight and it was phenomenal! Only thing is that it lacked some toppings but overall good pizza place and nice service. A plus that that there is a lot of parking space. Would recommend!
