My friend and I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza yesterday for Canada Day. Look at the pepperoni! It looks like it was thrown on AFTER it came out of the oven! Its wasn't sizzling nor crispy! Look at the crust! It's NOT COOKED through! Horrible!

Really slow, waited 40mins for 2 medium pizzas. Each time I ask how long, i am told 5 more minutes.
I ordered ahead of time and drove 20mins to the location for pick up and still took long. Not sure what was taking too long but they should be honest to the customers and not just prioritize deliveries.

My husband and I recently moved to the area and decided to check out the nearest Pizza Nova. The place was easy to find and the service was good... I snagged a menu to take with me home. They were busy with people picking up and several delivery orders in progress. The Hawaiian that we ordered was good, however, we had also ordered the deluxe. When we got home, we ate our food, but I thought something was off on the deluxe, I just couldn't place it. Next morning, I took a good look at the deluxe, the got it the menu to compare the description with the product. Yep, they had forgotten to put on the bacon, onion and the sliced tomatoes! They had only put on the pepperoni, the mushrooms, and the green pepper! It's like they started it, got distracted, and popped it in the oven. Didn't inspect it when it was done and given to us! I took pics, but we ate the evidence. 🍕 We love Pizza Nova, and we will return, but we will inspect our food before we take it! 😊

Finally tried them again after getting burnt pizza 2 months ago. The pizza thankfully was cooked correctly this time. However... I presented a $25 gift card that I was told had a zero balance. Thankfully I didn't trust the cashier, kept the card and went home to check the balance. Sure enough... $25. Please train cashier's on how to process gift card payments. We bought these to save money and instead had to pay out of pocket as our gift card was not accepted. It's frustrating to have one problem after another here.

I was planning to order for a party and spend hundreds of dollars but i figured it was a good idea to try the pizza a few days before, so i decided to order 2 med special, the pizza crust was super thin (didnt ask for thin) and basically burnt, very overcooked and i could barely taste the pizza and just the burnt crust on both pizzas! I also put "Do Not ring doorbell and leave at door" since I didnt want to wake 2 sleeping babies, and also checked contactless, the delivery guy rang the doorbell then i mentioned i asked for him not to, and he pulls out the receipt and says "there is no notes", he then hands me the receipt and it lirerally says at the top of the receipt, my provided note. He didnt even apologize. Not a huge deal but the pizza was burnt so needless to say I won't be choosing them to host a large party.

Honestly I don’t understand some of the bad reviews. This location by far has the best pizzas. They are always very generous with cheese and toppings. They have great customer service and the store is always very clean.
They are always good. I recommend the charcoal pizza, is a black pizza, but immensely delicious. Buy it

We always order from this location, we loved their pizza, last Friday September 20-24, we order a party size half pepperoni half extra cheese, which was so good, next day Saturday 21, we order 2 party size same topping day before, because we had some friends whom came over from Cornwall, the bill was more than $55 but those party were so weird, the taste of the sauce was different, like if the ran out of sauce because the weekend and the few sauce they have available they mixed with water. Or they put a totally different sauce.

Far from good pizza....how is this place still open??.. Sad part about it.. ppl.go here daily and serve to there children.. Smh. get it together ppl....best off cooking a family home cooked meal.... this pizza is not worth money. even crazier i asked the member taking my order how is the wings here...looking to maybe add to order...and he shook his head as to say no...you dont want that.. and most likely he was right...waste of a location

Burning the pizza is unacceptable. After a long day it's frustrating to put in the effort to go out again to pickup a pizza and then realize once home they burned it. What do you even do then? All you taste is burned bread and the last thing you want to do is go out again. Please stop burning your pizzas or you will be losing my business and from what I see posted here many others... Unacceptable quality control.
