Pizza Pizza

i ordered a medium pizza and the box had cobwebs in it. i called pizza pizza customer service and after being on hold for 10 minutes i got a store credit that didn’t even cover the whole cost of my meal.

Very rude and aggressive service at the Pizza Pizza – Meadowvale Town Centre, Mississauga. The person claiming to be the owner refused to serve me, saying “I am the owner and I have the right to refuse.” Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour.

I went here to order pizza but the person here mentioned himself as the owner. We started asking for pizza and he added a combo with pop. I later asked what is this pop for. He didn't even explained properly that the combo goes for cheaper. And he was like so arrogant and started taking my order. As we again asked what is the combo and what is price. Then he started speaking loud arrogant I also mentioned that I can't understand please explain. He was so arrogant that he said I'm the owner and I'll give the best but you don't need and argued with words finally he said that I don't want to take your order. I won't prepare your order.
This is how the pizza pizza is going to me managed??
Okay he might be giving best offer for me but he can atleast explain in the first time regarding the combo won't create this chaos. Now I'm not feeling to go to this place anymore

This is my favorite go to pizza pizza outlet, the staff here is polite and friendly specially the Indian guys working at counter
The place is always clean and you get fresh delicious pizza been coming here regularly for almost 2 years now. I have stopped going to any other pizza pizza outlet as I don't like the pizza taste there. It means these guys work with precision and care

Must visit if you are a pizza pizza fan. :-)
