I've tried to pick up some food before work 3 times... THIS location usually doesn't have what I want. When it does I hear laughter in the back and no one to take taking my order. I've waited and left 3 times. Around 2-3pm. Anyone receiving food from here has waited for an employee to finally get to them. I'm not calling out for help. I'm not waiting more than 5 mins for service. Maybe I should order online. Not coming back in person. I literally drive to the pizza pizza on the otherside of highway. I recommend that one to those who want service.

The taste and customer service here are exceptional! I’m a regular, and the halal wings are a must-try. Ali makes the best pizza I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!
Terrible service. We came to order the combo with wings, pizza and soft drinks but asked to add 2 creamy garlic sauces. After paying, we forgot to take the receipt. When we got the food, we notified them about missing one sauce. He said we just ordered one when we obviously did order 2. He said it says in the receipt which he never handed it to me. I paid 38 sth. He was giving us the attitude and said next time we need to order carefully. What??? Or next time you should listen well and take the right order? New to Mississauga and this was the first pizza store we visited. Horrible experience n will never come back!

When it comes to the staff friendliness and accuracy of your order, this location is great! Another bonus is the wide selection of halal options.
My problem, however, is myself and family were put off today when we saw the person behind the counter deeply picking inside his ear, flicking (presumably) wax off his fingers, and then repeating... After at least 3 minutes, he continued working (e.g., touching orders, counters, etc.) without washing his hands or wearing gloves... I wasn't going to write a review, but then I saw other people also had concerns about the staff being unhygienic.
I'm conflicted because I'm happy that I finished eating before witnessing that, otherwise there's a chance I would have been sick... But I'm also disgusted that I ate it because he handled my food, and who knows when the last time he washed his hands was...
