I ordered Xtra large pizza over the phone and clearly mentioned the agent I don't want any soft drinks, however I need dipping sauce, the representative was fine with it but he mentioned to me I should explain it in the store they'll help me out. It was completely different in the store, according to them it's not possible, I have to pay for the sauce, when I requested them I need to speak to the manager they've explained me and gave me the sauce with $3 extra charge and without the 3 soft drinks.. They are refused to give manager name and there name. Finally, the pizza was not well done it was softer but I requested for crispy.. Not happy with their service today, the staff was rude.. My pick up time was @9.. I did attached the receipt for the reference.
Vegetarian options: Pineapple, capsicum and green pepper.
