I live in the area and I used to go to this location 2-3 times a week in the recent weeks the toppings on the pizza started to be dramatically less was hard not to notice last time I mentioned repeatedly to the young man at the cash emphasizing several times that he should mention my complaints to the pizza makers in the back totally and rudely ignored every word I said the pizza came out looked at it a lot worse than the last time I was there you can literally see the bottom of the crust got my money back and left the store won’t go there ever again

MY WIFE GOT A C-DIFF INFECTION AFTER EATING A CHICKEN PIZZA FROM THIS LOCATION. SHE HAS BEEN HOSPITILIZED 4 TIMES AND HAS BEEN ON A BED REST EVER SINCE. PLEASE DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM HERE BECAUSE THEY DONT BELIEVE IN SANITATION AND ARE NOT CLEAN. I SEE THEIR WORKS TOUCHING EVERYTHING WHILE MAKING FOOD. THEY NEVER WASH THEIR HANDS.

The food quality is always good from this location, BUT the delivery not so much. Even though I have selected contactless delivery in app, written instruction NOT TO KNOCK AND LEAVE THE FOOD BY THE DOOR, and selected the online payment option where I always tip for delivery, the person who delivers always knocks and stands at the door even if I tell them 2-3 time to leave the food by the door. Basically I have to come out and there is zero point of the contactless delivery. This is very disappointing as I have to add all the information in the app but it NEVER gets followed by the delivery person. And this has now happened every single time I have placed an order online through the PizzaPizza app.

The pizza was really good, no complaints there. But the receptionist was very rude and didn’t talk properly. He seemed annoyed when I asked questions and didn’t make me feel welcome at all. It really brought down the whole experience.

i really love this place and the food is delicious and fresh but i started to hate coming to that place just because of that one cashier she’s so disrespectful and it feels like she doesn’t want me to be there at all last time i was there she start rushing me and telling me to think faster with attitude which kinda ruined my whole day cuz i was being nice but she was talking to me with dryness as well
