I don't understand the delivery person coming up to the apt am I not paying for delivery? I only give a 3 star because if you go for pick up it's fine. Never had a problem with anyone that works there just the whole delivery thing doesn't make sense.
Washroom or Restroom always out of order. Whenever you come in you will find restroom out of order.

I had a frustrating experience with this delivery service. The driver refused to use the elevator to deliver my food to my apartment, which is clearly indicated in the delivery instructions. I understand that it might be inconvenient, but it's part of the job. Instead, the driver left with the food which is unacceptable and inconvenient, especially since I live on a higher floor. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer instructions is disappointing and has left me with a negative impression of the service.
