I had one of the worst experiences at this Pizza Pizza location. We placed an order for one chicken pizza and one regular veggie pizza, but instead, they delivered two veggie pizzas on thin crust. When we raised the issue with Pizza Pizza and went back to the location, the chef started yelling at us, claiming he had prepared the order “according to office instructions.” Despite our clear complaint, we were never given the correct pizzas we had originally ordered.
This behavior is completely unacceptable—both the wrong order and the disrespectful treatment. Customers deserve to receive what they pay for and to be treated with basic courtesy. I strongly advise others not to order from this location.

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Pizza Pizza. We ordered one chicken pizza and one regular veggie pizza, but they got the order completely wrong and gave us two veggie pizzas instead. When we pointed out their mistake, rather than apologizing or correcting it, the cook shockingly insulted us and raised his voice, accusing us of trying to get free pizza. Such behavior is unacceptable! Paying customers deserve respect and the correct order they paid for—not to be disrespected and humiliated. This location shows a complete lack of professionalism and customer service. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs.

When we politely pointed out the mistake, instead of fixing it, the cook insulted us in a very disrespectful way, accusing us in a high tone of just being there for free pizza. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Customers should be treated with respect, especially when the restaurant makes the mistake. Definitely not returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this Pizza Pizza location. I placed an order for one chicken pizza and one regular veggie pizza. However, the delivery included two veggie pizzas with thin crust, which was not what I ordered.
When I raised this issue with the store and went back to the location, instead of addressing the mistake, the chef started yelling at me, insisting that he had prepared the pizzas “according to office instructions.” Despite the clear error, I was never given the correct order I had paid for.
This is completely unacceptable, both in terms of customer service and business practice. As a paying customer, I have the right to receive what I ordered and to be treated with respect, not hostility. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to avoid this location, as they failed to provide the product promised and handled the situation in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.
