I have ordered pizza here so many times I can't count . However I am now very upset because it seems that the pizza is made incorrectly every time I order. I suggest to go to any other pizza pizza location and they will take care of you.

The previous owner was a wonderful person and I'm not saying that this place has lost much it just has changed ownership and many of the staff changed.
Please be kind if you order here and also remember no matter your culture or background everybody deserves respect in Canada. That's Canadian culture.

Today I ordered chicken wings and went to pick up they forgot to make it, when I called the customer service and reported it. The store people lied saying I left the store saying I don’t want it.

I had an amazing experience with Pizza Pizza last week. I had vegetarian pizzas with garlic bread from their store & which I found delicious among all other pizza stores. I highly recommend everyone to visit them & give an opportunity to serve you with their best deals & best food.

I was buying Pizza Pizza from 20 years or more. Today they send me wrong pizza. Its happens. I call them and ask for replacement. They said, they will deliver a proper. After 1.5 hour of waiting a call them again to cancel that and ask for a refund, they said replacement will arrived in 20 minutes ( Pizza Pizza is 4minuts from my home). I ask gently for refund, because I don't want to have a pizza anymore after so long waiting. They refused. I never again buy Pizza Pizza.
