I order 2 pizzas for a kids party. I came the day before and told them I'll pick up the pizza the following day at 230 pm. I arrived 245ish to pick up the pizza. The older lady told me "oh I forgot because they put the note where I can't see it and u didn't place your order with me". First off, no apologies. So I had to sit there and wait for her to make my entire order making me late for a kids party! Secondly when I asked for dip she couldn't even offer as a courtesy for HER mistake. She charged me for them. Not that I asked for free dipping sauce but I would think it would be in their best interest to offer it as a way to mitigate. Never coming back here. Service is whack. No customer service. Poor service all around. They have no systems in place to ensure they're not missing your order.

I used to love half moon in Ottawa’s pizza pizza, was a huge fan of it but when I tried this outlets half moon.I realised I haven’t had anything that is this terrible before, I even asked if it was fresh as it was ready in less than 2min. The staff said yes & I was like okay it doesn’t looks and tastes.
