Had a very unpleasant experience when I arrived for my Uber Eats pickup. From the start the worker asked for the order name and number, but was very rude in the way she spoke to me. She then asked to see the confirmation, which I showed her twice, yet she kept checking again and again, and kept saying I didn’t confirm it. This happened around 7:55 PM. I felt unfairly treated and stereotyped because of where I’m from, and her attitude seemed unnecessary and discriminatory. It’s disappointing to be treated this way, especially when all I was doing was picking up an order. I hope management addresses this so others don’t have a similar experience.

Had an amazing experience today. I have lived in this area through multiple owners of this location, some good some bad. The current owners are Amazing. Quality and speed of service has gone up drastically, but the most important, and very welcome change, is the customer service. We were treated amazingly. Friendly, courteous and caring. 5 stars ⭐️. I'll be back more often.

I come here several times a week , I love the pizza quality and customer service, very friendly people and they handle my food just perfect, an hr ago I picked up 3 large pizzas and drinks for me my wife and 2 sons and as usual and around Monday I came to grab 10 wings and an XL , we are happy with the quality taste and cut . Left overs I freeze and preheat the next day . I absolutely love the team in this restaurant. Thank you again guys I'll see you on weekdays as per usual.

I arrived at Pizza Pizza just before 2:00, with about 10 minutes to spare before closing. The staff were clearly inside, but the doors were already locked, and they refused to let me in. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Customers should be served until the actual closing time

This has gotten to be a new low for Pizza Pizza. I have been coming to this location for years with no issue and all of a sudden they have started asking for tips! This is honestly a new low for Pizza Pizza
I order pizza here from time to time for my father which is in Old Age home not far away - but on many ocassions I have noticed rude arrogant behaivor comimg from a petite Vietnamese or Asian Girl which keeps on repeatig words as if 'm not hearing what was mentioned.
This type of behaivor is not allowed in this type of business. The standards of Pizza Pizza has continously has been heading south (since about 10-15 years ago)- in a Bad Way!

Jason the delivery driver is an absolute gem. Family run business and delivers hot and fresh. Walk in is a bit different as you would expect from any pizzeria being not mainly dine in but none the less they always do just what you ask for and deliver quality product. Happy to support this family run business, especially on busy weeknights.
