I was very disappointed with the customer service. There was no greeting at all, and the lady with the glasses seemed to lack basic product knowledge. Her attitude was unprofessional, which made the experience unpleasant. I don’t feel this role is the right fit for her.

I payed $16 for 10 wings and only got 9… and it was already expensive… and the workers were quite rude as well. I respect them working late but they should try to be nice. I want a refund for what’s missing
EDIT: they compensated me through email, I changed my rating for the good customer service to 4 stars :)
