Never visiting the store again. Charge customer couple of dollars extra but at least add the items mentioned in your menu with appropriate portions size.

I have been a regular customer at this pizza place for a long time, but after my recent experience I am extremely disappointed. I called in my order and very clearly repeated multiple times that I wanted a thick crust pizza and even told the lady on the phone to charge extra if needed. Despite that when I arrived and checked the pizza it was the exact opposite, thin crust.
When I pointed it out she initially refused to remake it. After insisting she finally agreed but then she snatched the pizza from the counter and took it to the back. After making me wait about 20 minutes she came back claiming she made a new pizza but it was obviously the same exact pizza she took from me.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable, as a longtime customer I expected much better. The lack of honesty the careless attitude and the refusal to fix a simple mistake speak volumes. I will not be returning unless the management seriously addresses this behavior.
