Probably the best "chain store" pizza in Canada! Love to get a slice or two when visiting Toronto. Hope they open branches in Ottawa soon (we need better pizza slices in the nation's capital).
good pizza BUT customer service is not good at all
ordered for the first time..delivery instructions were please do not knock on the door..-ouf dog is recovering from surgery- leave on the table outside. Dumass knocks on the door!! ok maybe they didn't see instructions..there is a sign on my door says do not knock!! Sorry..not again if they can't understand simple instructions
Pizza is so good. Highly recommended.
Nobody (customers) in store, 2 ppl standing there on their phones, I waited until he was finished doing whatever!!. 6 tables, all dirty as is the floor. Sad presentation but the pizza is usually good. Only reason I come because, it’s always dirty here

2nd time going there and the 2nd time they told me our order would be ready for pick up in 25 minutes --- only to have to wait another 30 minutes since they "just put it in the oven" when we get there. If you can't make a simple pizza within the 25 minutes you say on your website, don't make people wait another 30 minutes at the pizza joint for your pizza.
What's worse --- Both times - No apologies, no discounts, no free dips .. nothing!!! They literally gave us the pizza after waiting an hour for it (both times) like we should be grateful we got them. We ordered 2 party size pizzas and spent $$$ with zero customer service skills.
The pizza itself was OK -- but overpriced for what we ordered. There are a ton of pizza joints in this city and I would recommend trying other places. The attitude from their store at 280 Lakeshore Mississauga was terrible and you are paying a high price for mediocre food.
It's better than PizzaPizza but I would highly recommend trying other pizza places close by. Maybe they need a wake up call that they should treat their customers with a bit more respect or empathy for messing up orders back-to-back. Won't be going back there. No question on that.

Good pizza but delivery is unacceptably slow. I live 5 min from the store and delivery on a day with no bad traffic took over 1h.

Gross, disgusting pizza. Greasy and undercooked. Never going back. For a place that advertises itself as "gourmet," the pepperoni pizza was not even close. Should have gone with my gut and walked out when I saw that the chefs don't wear hairnets. Not good. Go to Great Canadian on the opposite corner. The only reason I went here in the first place was that GC was closed!

No idea how this place got so well rated. This location is junk. Got a regular slice and it's the most generic pizza ever. I should've gotten a frozen McCain microwave one from the grocery store .. seriously it's that basic.

Best widely available take/out delivery place in the GTA. Really good bang for your buck and I love the new shredded pepperoni!

Your location at 770 bay st on Toronto. The owner of this business is a rude, misogynist, racist, entitled man, that treat people badly, humiliate customers and employees.. don’t go there if you value your dignity and your integrity! Treated me badly because the transaction fail the first time! You are ruining this franchise!!! Food is terrible! Bad higiene! Sam the world owes you nothing! Is the worst customer service ever! You are like a male Karen!

Ordered from the Port Credit/Lakeshore location. This is usually my favourite pizza delivery but the last two times haven’t been very good. Last time I ordered the bacon on the pizza was barely cooked and they sent me a Caesar salad with no dressing, and the delivery guy had no change. I decided at the time it was just a bad night. Tonight the bacon on my pizza was the same, each piece was about an inch wide and barely cooked which really isn’t a good bite. The other issue is if you have delivery services and you allow that delivery person to go out and he doesn’t have ANY change for cash on him then that’s a disservice to the customer. The person that delivered today had no cash/change on him, if you don’t want people to pay cash then don’t offer it otherwise it’s ridiculous for them not to have at least $40 in change. Not everyone pays with a card and I wasn’t asked on the phone how I would be paying, so they should be prepared for all payment types.
