Customer service is the backbone of every business. I drove all the way from Brampton to eat two slices of my favourite pizza , enquired on the phone, drove all the way 18 minutes - only to find out they never had slices to sell that particular . I repeated myself three times only to disappoint myself.. Spoke to the owner Naren, he quickly baked fresh slices of pizza for us . Disappointing experience, but fresh pizza made up for it. Thank you!

Don’t order party pizzas they’re bad dough was uper uneven, and don’t order online they don’t actually recieve your order. On top of that they didnt modify the order like I wanted it. Bad experience

Came at 2:30, only 1 inexperienced employee working, didnt know what calzone was or how to ring it up. Fumbled thru, made them but were not great, very little toppings. Over $35 for 2 calzones? Ridiculous!! Franchisees should be retrained

Pre ordered a basic cheese pizza for 8pm for delivery. Got delivered at 8:35pm although the place is only 5min away. The pizza was way overcooked. Very little tomato sauce. Overall very disappointing

There is never parking there as non customers park in the spots reserved for Pizzaiolo customers. It's annoying because actual customers like me have to park down the street

Ordered pizza for a party, asked for refund he insisted on giving us a replacement pizza both were burnt. He said thats how they are made but its cheese so it shouldnt be burned i asked for a refund again, he hung up on and now we are here leaving a review about our experience. Hopefully this is helpful for any first time orders!
