Pizzaolio is a great local spot for fresh, flavorful pizza. The dough is light and perfectly baked, the toppings taste high quality, and everything comes out hot and fast. You can tell they care about what they serve — the balance of sauce, cheese, and crust is always just right. The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is casual, and it’s the kind of place you keep coming back to because it’s consistently good. Easily one of the best pizza spots around.

If I could give zero stars I would! The driver asked me twice for a tip! Once when he handed me the machine, he asked if I was going to give him a tip? and again when I handed it back to him, he asked if I gave him a tip? Also, no safety seals on the boxes. Will not be ordering again from this place!

The location is fine, with paid parking, and the place is clean — but that’s where the positives end. We ordered the Mediterranean, Casino, and Pizzaiolo pizzas, and the taste was extremely bland, like plain vegetables thrown on dough with zero flavor. When we asked for something as basic as salt, we were told they don’t have any.
To make things worse, the food was burned. When I pointed it out, the staff brushed it off and claimed, “this is the way we prepare it.” Honestly, if that’s true, then they’re just serving people burnt food and expecting customers to accept it. We didn’t even chew the food — that’s how bad it was.
The photos I’ve attached speak for themselves. This was a complete waste of money, and I would never come back. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

Gave this place another shot after receiving terrible pizza from here previously, with hopes it was just a bad day. But here we are leaving a 1 star review because after ordering $80 worth of pizza we are super disappointed. It took 1hr20min to arrive, it was cold and hard, and bland/light on toppings, and delivery driver didnt read the instructions to come to the backyard where we were (whats the point of instructions if we have to chase the driver down anyway????). We called the store and they said the manager will give us a call, so let's see if that actually happens or if we have to leave another 1 star review. But as of now, me, my family and my neighbours who were all here to eat this crappy pizza are pretty turned off. We're going to spend our money elsewhere (even if this is our local spot and only 5 minutes away from us). If you want a good pizza, I suggest you do the same.
The customer service here is horrible. The guys that work here don’t even acknowledge you , no hello, nothing.
Also they kick you out at 11:30 even though they close at 12. And many times I’ve come here they don’t have any slices of pizza. Only like two or one

Customer service is the backbone of every business. I drove all the way from Brampton to eat two slices of my favourite pizza , enquired on the phone, drove all the way 18 minutes - only to find out they never had slices to sell that particular . I repeated myself three times only to disappoint myself.. Spoke to the owner Naren, he quickly baked fresh slices of pizza for us . Disappointing experience, but fresh pizza made up for it. Thank you!

Don’t order party pizzas they’re bad dough was uper uneven, and don’t order online they don’t actually recieve your order. On top of that they didnt modify the order like I wanted it. Bad experience
