The best example of great customer service because they actually know the need and preferences of their regular customers! I usually order pizza there and I can't have dairy, so I usually order without cheese or with vegan cheese. Today I forgot to remove or specify the cheese and as soon as they received my online order they called me to ensure about the cheese. Besides.. is the best pizza. My family and I already had from other pizza places but none of them is so good as from this location.

What happened to this place?!? The pizza is terrible. Dough is stale, toppings are undercooked, the slice falls apart from the crust....need a spoon to finish the slice. After the second slice, pizza went in the garbage. Certainly is a rainy day, this is not the quality of a Pizzaville pizza.

The Stone Baked oven at Pizzaville is clearly manned by masters. My Greek Pizza arrived with a beautifully blistered crust, rich tomato base, and perfectly well done . It's rare to find this level of finesse outside of Italy itself. Authentic, passionate, and unforgettable—Pizzaville is a benchmark for excellence.
Ordered a large special chicken pizza, but it was extremely disappointing. Tasted like a heated frozen pizza with no freshness or flavour. Definitely not worth the price.

Zero customer service very rude lady she thinks she’s giving us a favour, she need to learn how to talk before getting a job as business owner of multiple convenience stores I’ve never had this experience in my life, this behaviour could lead you down by the end of the day she’s rude and disrespectful and has no respect And btw the pizza was soggy and it has no taste the pizza place is not clean they need to be checked asp I’m making my calls by tonight this place must be shut down
