Growing up, I've been having pizza at this location for over 20 years; dine in, and take out. From slices to go and party pizzas. Whatever you get, it's the best pizza place in Mississauga. Very friendly, family like staff. Highly recommend their baked Panzos. Delivery is usually quick and accurate to what you order. Thank you to the owner and staff for providing Mississauga with great food, and I'll keep coming back for more!

I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my pizza. When it finally got to me, it was cold. They refused to give me the order for free. The reason it was late is that it was delivered to the wrong address. I had made it very clear three times to the person who took my order which address to send it to and they still sent it to the wrong address. I even spelled out the name of the road. No apologies whatsoever even though I called them three times wondering where my pizza is.

Was here July 19th around 2 pm. Terrible customer service and the server clearly hates her job. I was very excited to get a slice of pizza from here, but they had none ready and even looked annoyed when I asked about it. I then tried to order their New York style Cup N' Char Pepperoni whole pizza, but the server could not explain clearly what the price is. Save yourself the confusion and go to a different Pizzaville location.

This is one of the best pizzas in Mississauga. It has become one of my go to locations. Great quality and taste. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend this Pizzaville location after trying a few others in Mississauga and the GTA!!!

Normally the pizza is good but last week I bought a veggie pizza and after picking it up and getting home I realized it was completely burnt! Cheese all dried out. Crust blackened! Can’t believe these people saw this and boxed it and gave it to me ! Horrible customer service! Won’t be ordering from this location any more!

Mississauga has a lack of great pizza places. I've tried just about all of them and I always come back to Pizzaville. These guys are great, no nonsense, just good pizza. The New Pepperoni cup has great flavour. Combine that with their thin crust and your other favourite toppings and, it always comes through.

My family and I have been coming here for 20 years and never had to deal with such nonsense and lies over a $30 pizza. We get home and our pizza is black at the bottom so we call customer service and they say to bring the pizza back and we will get a refund and a new pizza. We show up and the workers say they are unable to give a refund because their “system is slow” and they “don’t have authorization to refund” but they proceeded to make us our new pizza. We end up calling customer service in front of them and we get told the person who we spoke to at first was wrong and they can only either make a new pizza or give us a refund. After 40 minutes of trying to get our refund the workers are miraculously able to refund us and as we are walking out they tell us we can also take our pizza. We will never order from here again and as most comments have mentioned, this locations quality has tremendously declined.

We love Pizzaville. The cheese pizza was decent. What was unacceptable was that one of the staff decided to have a quick smoke in the bathroom and the entire place smelled of the smoke as we sat down to eat pizza with the kids. We had to eventually leave as our kids could not bear the smell. Unacceptable , and a fire hazard.
