We split our time between Pizza Nova and Pizzaville. I had a craving for a ponz this evening. Pizzaville is my go to place for them. Not anymore. The dough and cheese tasted sour. Almost like the dough was still fermenting. The crust was like deep fried egg roll or a McDonalds hot apple pie...but sour and hard as a rock. probably my last visit for a while...luckily I earned a free pizza and it won't cost me next time. Since April I have ordered approximately 55 times. Something has changed at this location.

This was my family’s go to pizza place and the previous owners/operators were so nice. Last Friday Jan 9, picked up the regular large pizza and saw new faces running the place, couldn’t see the old gentlemen who always assisted and welcomed us with a smile. It appears it’s under new management and the food did all the talking. Terrible tasting pizza and customer service is down the hill. Now, have to look for a new pizza place.

Growing up, I've been having pizza at this location for over 20 years; dine in, and take out. From slices to go and party pizzas. Whatever you get, it's the best pizza place in Mississauga. Very friendly, family like staff. Highly recommend their baked Panzos. Delivery is usually quick and accurate to what you order. Thank you to the owner and staff for providing Mississauga with great food, and I'll keep coming back for more!

I waited an hour and 45 minutes for my pizza. When it finally got to me, it was cold. They refused to give me the order for free. The reason it was late is that it was delivered to the wrong address. I had made it very clear three times to the person who took my order which address to send it to and they still sent it to the wrong address. I even spelled out the name of the road. No apologies whatsoever even though I called them three times wondering where my pizza is.

Was here July 19th around 2 pm. Terrible customer service and the server clearly hates her job. I was very excited to get a slice of pizza from here, but they had none ready and even looked annoyed when I asked about it. I then tried to order their New York style Cup N' Char Pepperoni whole pizza, but the server could not explain clearly what the price is. Save yourself the confusion and go to a different Pizzaville location.

This is one of the best pizzas in Mississauga. It has become one of my go to locations. Great quality and taste. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend this Pizzaville location after trying a few others in Mississauga and the GTA!!!
