Pizzaville is one of the better chains in the city, love that they offer vegan cheese. This isn't my favourite pickup spot (really loved the one by my old house), but it's usually pretty good so try not to judge them from a single experience.

Today April 9th I went in to get a slice of pizza (bbq chicken is my fav)at this South Millway location and I don’t know who the person was that was “serving” at the front of the store however he was disgustingly rude, beware of this location, I am officially done with this place with the flies on the pizza that they keep on rotation all day! Ew🤮

Ordered pickup from a place I have been to many times in the past, but not in the last few years. Was upset when a) My panzerotti (ponzo) didn't have the right toppings inside - this would have been a huge issue for someone who had an allergy to mushrooms (I ordered sausage) b) The pepperoni are gross - they don't crisp up, and they're not standard like other pizza chains.. not sure what they're using but this is NOT the same as in the past. Is it beef/halal now? Would not visit again.
It's a shame, would've rated them 4-5 stars in the past.

This place is a hit and miss when it comes to their pizzas. Sometimes they're great. Cooked to perfection. And other times it's like "WTF did you do?" They would be dried out... Too well done (almost to the point that they taste burnt)... And I'm paying for this?
Thankfully there are other pizza joints to order from. So if I'm not going to get a good quality pizza from Pizzaville, then I know can get one elsewhere.

Used to come here all the time and now I will no longer be returning. I saw one of the staff handle the register and pick his nose then he proceeded to touch the pizza dough WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. I told the other staff what I saw and to cancel my order, he told me that it was ok because he himself was making my pizza. But how do I know if he washed his hands????? No apology or anything.

all uber drivers very careful they have their own driver in store when ever there is order to pick up the guy name irfan cancel the order from app and make his own driver to pick up these guys are not trustworthy waste your time waiting

This guy cross The guy cross contaminates everything when he mixes pizza. Vegetarian with pepperoni chicken with pepperoni cheese with pepperoni then cook it and all the oil start mixing. Do not come here he doesn't care about his vegetarian and Muslim Customers i asked him why he smiled and said you have to ask. I found out after i finished my slice "pizzaville wake up" training is key

This place used to be awesome many years ago under previous owners . Has gone downhill ever since . This place is very disappointing now you can clearly see many bad reviews complaining about the same issues. This place should really get reviewed and investigate by head office and quality control .
