I had a disappointing experience at this location today. The employee who served me (I believe her name is Keden) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Her attitude and tone were disrespectful, and there was a clear lack of basic customer service manners.

When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she told me that she herself was the supervisor, which made the situation even more frustrating. I truly hope management looks into this, as customers deserve to be treated with respect.

It was closed today Sept 27 2025, for unknown reason. There is always a service issue there. Staff needs to be replaced

MININUM waiting time for any order is 15 min. They wont give your order even the chickens are lying around in the basket for 15 min. Why? Because doordash orders are more important. But is it really good for doordash customers? Idts. You are getting your chicken quick but bruh that chicken was just lying around for 20 min 😂.
Please stop using walk in customers as a buffer to reduce the waste cost.
And.. staffs... just dont say 'need 10 to 15 min'

The worker told me that it will ready within 15 minutes but waited for 45 minutes because my order was given to other customer and I asked why is that they told me it was online order.

I went to this restaurant today at 3:33 PM. Their posted hours clearly say they close at 4:00 PM, but when I walked in, the staff member with glasses told me they were “closed” and only picking up DoorDash and UberEats orders. If the restaurant is not serving walk-in customers before closing time, they should update their hours or put a sign up. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Ordered their burgers and they were worse than I have ever eaten elsewhere. Never trying again.

If you valve your time and money don't go to this location. Ordered via app, took 20+ minutes for the chicken to be ready but they made the poutine immediately. People experiencing homelessness came in and actually opened / entered the kitchen as well so who knows if the food safety rating is real. Be careful!
