The staff is very rude and doesn’t know how to talk with customers. The gurl named Babli was very rude with my friend.

Hats off to the cooks sahil and krish who made tastiest chicken I ever had and priyanaka and manager sofia also did a great job they both were so welcoming and friendly. Everyone must try this place once for fresh chicken.

They have promotion that if Maple leaf have a game, they have special on sandwich. Even they played today staff couldn’t offer that special. Stop false advertising.

I had a great experience at Popeyes. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor, especially the chicken, which was perfectly crispy and well-seasoned. The restaurant was clean and well-organized.
Special thanks to Misha A and Fozia for their excellent customer service. They were friendly, patient, and very helpful, which made the visit even better. Their positive attitude really stood out.
Overall, a very enjoyable experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to others.

I had a terrible experience at the Popeyes on Mavis Road it was 26th December at 9:10 PM and i ordered a strawberry cream cheese pie through mobile app, and the cream cheese inside was dark brown, fully burned, and smelled very bad. After one bite, I knew something was wrong. When I opened it, it looked burnt and nothing like what’s shown on the menu.

I went back to the counter, and the staff showed no concern. When I asked if they would take responsibility if I got sick, her answer was no.

Serving spoiled-smelling food and not caring about customer safety is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I went there today in the evening, asked the employee( FOZIA) if I can get separate wing sauce for 6 and 6, which comes under 12 wings combo. She said no it will be in 6 deal only, but the app clearly they haveoption to choose different, I said fine. Then asked for what sauces do you have for wings, she explained and put buttermilk ranch on both on side. Didn't even asked me if which one I want. Can anyone believe what honey garlic wings with buttermilk ranch taste together. Horrible taste. Next thing didn't asked me for what side I want just selected fries, I even asked at starting what side you have, she ignored and went straight to which wings you want boneless or bone in. At least give me option to choose side sauce or sides. And when I asked I want to choose different side sauce, she said wait typed something in computer and whole thing reset, She started complaining that whole thing gone, I said that's fine give me whatever, didn't wanted to create a scene there. She even put that to take out without asking, I wanted to dine in, had to eat without tray. I also work in retail and food industry asked customers choice is must I believe. Horrible customer service. Food was good.
