Very slow service... they barely put any sauce on the chicken and for some reason they put the box of fries and onion rings in the bag sideways so all of the breading fell off the onion rings.

This is for today's review in regards to there customer service rating. First of all I called 5x for the first 2 calls no one answered, 3rd call someone answered i asked first if this popeyes is nearby tim horton because in this area my landmark is tim hortons, she answered this is not tim hortons and she hung up the call, I called back again 2x no answer. So I am so frustrated and angry ? ?, went out to drive there made my order and asked if there phone number ends with 3500 and the manager/or supervisor said yes . Then I made a complaint regarding there service is awful and rude . I'm so upset because I never complain to any restaurant but this time I had enough. I never put this review or tell the manager to get a discount I didn't ask for anything. I paid my order as a customer, but the manager is nice and apologize to me. I don't want her to apologize I want the person who spoke to me to apologize because she's rude and disrespectful person. That's the only review I want to make .
