I was really looking forward to trying Popeyes, but my recent visit was very disappointing. The chicken was dry and lacked the flavor that they’re known for, and the sides were cold and tasteless. The overall service was slow, with staff seeming uninterested in customer satisfaction.

While Popeyes Louisiana Fried Chicken has a reputation for its crispy, flavorful chicken, my recent experience left me feeling a bit underwhelmed. The chicken was indeed crispy, but it lacked the same level of flavor I've come to expect from Popeyes. The sides were decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was friendly, but the wait time for my order was longer than I anticipated. Overall, Popeyes is still a solid option for fried chicken, but it falls short of my previous experiences.

I went here to try out Popeyes for the first time and it didn’t turn out well! Bought 6 pieces of wings but never have I ever expected that the chicken was really small. Barely any meat on it. On the other hand, one of the chicken wings was undercooked

I got food poisoning from the food here. I got the 4 wings combo w/ fries. My stomach has not known peace this morning. Very much regretting my purchase made yesterday evening. ***EDIT The company's copy paste response, just goes to show that they don't care.

Alright so i got two deluxe chicken sandwiches from this location at around 9pm on May 4th. The chicken sandwiches were uncooked!!! This is the first time i experienced something like this my whole life eating Popeyes. I didnt go back to show them cause i was already home and i had taken two bites until i realized that the chickens were uncocked! Whoever was working at that kitchen that night needs to do their job well or don't work! Not going back to this location for sure.

The place smells bad!The order preparation takes forever. I saw at least 3 people who came after me received their order faster (For sure not online orders). The food was fresh but the reason for low rating is it was very salty. I am not sure if they are using ready pack of spices or they mix things themselves. Also I ordered mild to be able to feed it to my baby and one of the pieces was spicy! (added more detail as per store manager request)
