Kind staffs and considerate service

The fries were basically crackers, chicken overcooked and had a funky smell, biscuits were burnt..... this location needs a product standard presentation

Extremely bad experience from this place. My order was missing the biscuits, I got mild chicken instead of spicy I ordered plus the chicken and fries both were old and stale that was refried. I specifically asked to get fresh chicken because the chicken pieces left there looked old. He asked to wait 15 mins and despite waiting we still got the old cold tasteless chicken. He kept on insisting to get mild chicken because it was ready and I told him we want spicy and we can wait. How dishonest of them to still give me the old mild chicken after refrying it. Never going there again! Please check your order and if possible avoid these dishonest people!

Great place for not only comfort food but the service is amazing !

Staff was cleaning the restaurant at 8:30pm. This location is open till 12:00 and this doesn’t make sense that they moping the floors where we are seated and eating.

Friendly staff, very quick service, clean washrooms and good dining area.

The cashier was very rude she wanted my kids to sit on one side and asked us to eat our food quick because dinning time is finishing soo. There was still 45 mins in dinning time. The washroom was also closed.

Sohid was very nice and store was clean. Very nice and food was warm. Visited close to closing time but they were not frustrated or anything. Would come in again.
