Let me sum it up , the pizza was one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever tasted in my life . This is for the Erin mills location . I could literally taste dough in my mouth and no flavour of toppings . When I tried to give my reviews to the company order taking girl she was soo rude and extremely impolite. Never ordering again and please save your money people , this company doesn’t even value customers or feedback .

Popular Pizza is very different from other pizza brands as they have the different base sauce options such as Butterchicken, Shahi paneer and garlic pesto. Their portion sizes are very good and they have great deals for house parties. They serve 8 big slices in Medium pizza. Few drawbacks are - No dine in options,take away only, The toppings are very limited they even include base sauce as a topping, unlike Blaze pizza where you get unlimited toppings

i have order from popular pizza erin mills branch i am there loyal customer from last 5 years but the pizza were it was very very spicy we cant even eat it and when i called to customer support and even i went to store they were are keep arguing me and they lied customer care that have take a bite and tested in store and the girl working there was very rude and disrespectful even though i was very calm and politely place the complaint this was my last time i have order pizza from popular pizza and i will not recommend anyone it was my worst experience of life.

Makes you feel like a friend, not just a mere customer. Always happy to help, super patient, and just a golden personality.And the rest of the employees are great, too!
