Great place on Lakeshore. Food was great, quite a few vegetarian options which was nice. Authentic Italian food that fills you up. The hostesses that seated us could have been nicer, just with the greetings and hospitality. The noise/music level was quite high, I don't mind that though. The restaurant's ambiance was nice, lighting and aesthetic wise. Lots of cute signs around. Parking in the garage is free unless you stay over 2 hours. Overall I would come back.

This was our second visit to Posta, and we were not disappointed. It was a Thursday night, so the restaurant was not full, so it was quiet and enjoyable. The food was excellent. We had the foraged mushroom crostini (which we had on our first visit) and it was superb. Plenty of mushrooms and very flavorful. The gnocchi were definitely home-made, light and fluffy and not chewy like you'll find in many Italian restaurants. The sauce was creamy and complemented the gnocchi as opposed to cheese sauces other restaurant tend to use that overwhelm the palate. There were several options on the menu for vegetarians. We chose the eggplant parmesan which, like the gnocchi, was excellent. Dessert was a San Sebastien cheesecake, and it exceeded our expectations. Subtle orange flavors and accompanied by berries and whipped cream. Service seemed a bit rushed for a slow night. Mains arrived before we'd finished our appetizers, but otherwise service was good.

Service is rated ok because the restaurant was definitely understaffed for a busy Sunday lunch. We were there with our family to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary . While the restaurant gave us a wonderful celebration dessert on the house to our surprise , due to all the long waits for everything we could not wait to get out of there . Which was a shame because the server , food and everything else was fabulous.

My friends and I had an enjoyable evening at Posta. Daniel our server was very friendly, knowledgeable about wine choices and explained the ingredients in our dishes. While my friends mmmm and hummed over their Gnocchi dish, I paid attention to my hot bolognese pasta. It was soooo mouthwatering. Our dessert was homemade cheesecake. LHM! That's a dessert I'll return to indulge in. Overall nothing beats good friends, great conversation, bottle of red and delightful food. Posta delivered, Daniel served up! Thank you.

On a Friday 6 pm reservation the noise level was acceptable, The noise level rose as the the restaurant filled and the time went on, Everything else was superb. We would definitely dine at this restaurant again.

A great restaurant, with awesome wait staff & variety on the menu . We (3) had the white sauce funghi pizza, pasta alla vodka & pasta with a load of seafood in it. It was my birthday & because I subscribed to their website, I received a free appetizer of carpacio & a surprise dessert - incredible value & quality for your money. We all left saying we'll be back. A beautiful location, overlooking the Harbour & water.

My waiter was fantastic! Food was great also. Only comment is one of the greeters at the front has zero personality and should not be working with people. She barley acknowledges you, and mumbles responses. Looks like she really does not enjoy her job. She is light skinned, with long bohemian braids. And I am a woman of color also so I promise this has nothing to do with her ethnicity.
