I always come here but extremely disappointed by the latest staff as they are extremely disrespectful. I have made my order and asked for one of the sauces to be subbed. The girl wearing white hat that day preparing my order didn’t read the customization on the order and instead came and asked me do you still want the sauce while i was on the phone call i didn’t have time to hang the phone and answer her so she went ahead and put whatever sauce she wanted. Then i told her i didn’t ask for this and the customization were listed on the receipt. She yelled at me and then defended herself by saying yeah i asked and you didn’t answer so what you don’t want it. If it hadn’t been for the other girl working there that intervened and decelerated the situation by saying i took her order and we will fix the mistake i wouldn’t have allowed the rest of my family finish ordering as well. Service is extremely important and adding new staff without proper training or just some decent attitude. In case the management wants to reflect on this situation (mar 31, 2025 10:05 transaction 070591)

I tried this place when they first opened but wasn't completely sold on It. In hind sight it it was because I ordered off their suggested menu. This time I built my own and added in house sausage and chicken. Let me just say the sausage was outstanding. I would order it on its own it's so good. Portion size is really good and there's a large number of toppings. Take your time to choose what you like and you won't be disappointed.
The only issue I had was I ordered cheese sauce and they forgot to put it on. Still enjoyed every bite though

I called in and placed my order, and I was told the food will be ready in 20 minutes, when I arrived after 25 minutes, I was standing there watching 4 employees running behind the counter like the chickens with no head, I was patiently waiting for someone to serve me, but they were too busy to even bother to make an eye contact with me, after 25 minutes, they have servered a dozen of walk in customers, i finally walked up to them and asked if they realized I was waiting for my food, they told me they did not even started to work on my order.. This place is a joke.. deserves a 0 star..

This is what i got last time when i asked lactose nightmare!! It was lactose free .. When i asked why there is no cheese on it, he was pissed and saying we are sooo busy, and asked me to give him back my plate and he will put more cheese like favour full of attitude.. i was really pissed.. and refused to give my plate back. Later when he saw im taking picture for the plate, he came with new plate apologizing, but couldn’t even eat that one, 1st I can’t trust them after that bad attitude, second was too late already.
Unfortunately this place used to be so good before, when the arab guys used to manage it, but not anymore after students managing.

Food is good, bad service. Been here multiple times and there is always an issue with order. Was first customer in and last to leave, there for 25 minutes. Rude behind the counter, customer service is lacking, giving excuses for service instead of correcting the issue. Open at 12, staff showed up at 12. Store was not ready to open, blaming customers and being late for issues. Dealt with Asmin and Suhar.

This restaurant surprised me. They made a potato taste really good. I had the Big Philly. Devi had excellent service and was great at making recommendations.

Nice idea for new kind of dishes, I liked the variety of vegetables and meat choices to put on top, only the seating area is small and I wish the lighting inside was more brighter

tried this place twice, concept is cool but the flavour could be better for like. Everything. I got pulled chicken and it was like it hadn't been marinated. Will still try again but I recommend swapping the full potato out for like taters or smth

I recently visited Potato Bar and tried their Philly Potato—it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were well-balanced, and the portion was generous, making it a satisfying meal. The ingredients tasted fresh, and the combination of steak, cheese, and toppings on a perfectly baked potato was just perfect.
Beyond the food, the customer service was excellent. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful, making the experience even better. It’s always great to dine at a place where you feel welcomed.
If you’re looking for a unique and tasty twist on loaded potatoes, I highly recommend Potato Bar. I’ll definitely be coming back!
