Tried Potato Bar today and ordered the Big Philly. I was a bit unsure at first since the menu is entirely potato-based, but it turned out to be a good experience.
The pulled beef and sauces in the Big Philly were excellent and well balanced. The fries were fresh; while I personally prefer them crispier, it didn’t take away from the overall taste. The dish was filling and enjoyable.
Customer service stood out — we were greeted right when we walked in, and the staff were helpful while ordering. The place itself is cozy with a fun potato cartoon theme, giving it a cool and relaxed vibe.
Overall, a solid spot and worth trying if you’re in the mood for something different.

Had been waiting to try this place out and managed to make it out with a group for lunch this afternoon.
Plenty of options (I mean who doesn't love carbs and meats) and went with the Volcano Tots. You get your money's worth as they load up the portion with meat, guac and their house sauce. The Hot Cheetos added a spice with the flavour blending into the dish. The tots themselves were crunchy to add texture, but a soft potato interior.
Service would've been 5 stars, but looks like they just had the one employee both doing prep and front desk. She pumped it out, but definitely could've used another set of hands as groups after us were forced to wait.
Will definitely make my way back as there were so many options/combos that caught my eye!
