Potluck Caribbean Cuisine

Imagine, I have been visiting Potluck for more than a decade and overtime I have grown more and more disappointed with the way customers are treated (Not by the workers, God bless them as they are underpaid and simply following instructions, but by the OWNERS). The portions have gotten smaller, and the prices have gotten more expensive, rubbish. A festival is now half the size of a small festival, this along with ALOT OF OTHER THINGS. I would advise you to take your money to Souperlicious, WAY BETTER QUALITY FOR YOUR MONEY. Pot luck, I don't expect you to do better as customers have complained time and time again and nothing, you don't even put black pepper on ackee anymore, BUT YOUR PRICES KEEP GOING UP. Be considerate of the community that has served you guys for YEARS. UNU TOO TEEEF.

I've been going to the small GTA chain of Potluck restaurants for over 20 years. I love several of their recipes including the stewed chicken and their take on curry goat..

They've catered some small events for me and it doesn't matter which location you go the food and service is consistent, reliable and high quality.

The only problem is if you come too late in the day they've already sold out of most of the great dishes, and then you'll just simply have to have their reliable favorite jerk chicken!!

Jade served me this evening and she is SO nice, welcoming and polite! Absolutely the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time, give her a RAISE!!!! Oh and their food is delicious and the restaurant automosphere is clean and nicely done. Cool tree shrub tables.

Went to Potluck at Dundas and Hurontario restaurant on my lunch today. Service was very slow, a man came from the back to help. I ordered a small white meat jerk chicken. I repeated myself and he proceeded to take out a chicken leg and cut it up.
I waited additional time to have some gravy on my rice.
When I got back to work and opened the container, he took back the meat of the chicken leg and gave me all bone and a chicken wing.
I definitely will not be going back here to spend my hard earned money for bones.

Amazing spot to go too if your in the mood for jamaican food. The portions are really good and the price is affordable. The quality of there dishes, however, is what takes them to the top. The food is fresh and tasty and the customer service is expceptional. Definetely recommend to all!

I walked by this place so many times. And today I finally went in. Shan, at the cash, was so nice and professional, that she made an impression even before we got our food. The oxtail and festival was so delicious that it got devoured in one sitting. Definitely one of our new spots!

I picked up the oxtail from Potluck Caribbean Cuisine on Dundas in Mississauga, and it was absolutely delicious! The flavor was rich and authentic—one of the best oxtail dishes I’ve had. The customer service was just as amazing, thanks to Sham, who was warm and welcoming. I even carried the meal with me to Vancouver, that’s how much I enjoyed it! Truly a lovely meal and experience. 🌟

I've been trying most of the Jamaican jerk chickens around the GTA and Potluck met expectations. Food was satisfying 😌. Will definitely go again.
