To Potluck: When you are in the service industry especially the restaurant business, a pleasant disposition goes a long way. Customers want to feel like someone takes pleasure in serving them, not like they are a bother, interrupting the server's day!

Potluck has drop the ball. Bought lunch and all I taste in the food is too much salt and not enough seasoning, End up tossing my $30.Get people who can season meat and cook proper rice and peas.

Potluck is hands down one of the best Caribbean spots in the GTA. The food selection is always on point—there’s something for every craving. Their jerk chicken? Absolutely the best in the GTA. The ackee and saltfish is a perfect breakfast pick—flavorful, authentic, and comforting.

I also can’t get enough of their sweet, tender curry chicken, old-school oxtail, and perfectly seasoned curry goat. Every dish tastes like it’s made with love.

The staff makes the experience even better. The cashiers are always friendly, and the chefs bring nothing but good vibes and serious skill. The location at Derry and McLaughlin is super convenient too.

Big shout out to Lee for consistently catering the best food—whether it’s for work functions, community events, or just satisfying my own hunger. Potluck never disappoints!

I just want to give this location a HUGE thank you and if I could give 10 stars I would! We ordered through door dash and we were a meal short when it was delivered. This restaurant did everything they could to help us resolve the issue and ultimately they had one of their team members personally deliver our meal along with a couple of patties as a compensation for the mishap. The restaurant was so helpful and apologetic as was the girl who delivered. As always, the food was delicious, we ordered jerk chicken, oxtail, rice and peas coleslaw & festivals, but the service is what stood out and needs to be commended...you just don't get outstanding customer service nowadays, people going above and beyond for a customer. So to this Potluck location we thank you for everything you did to make it right. You made a lasting impression on us and our guest we had visiting. Thank you again...oh and all the years we have been ordering from you we have never tried your patties but omg SO good!

I’ve been coming to Potluck Catering since I was 17 years old — that’s over 30 years now — and I can confidently say their food has remained consistently delicious all these years. Every visit feels like coming home.

Their service is always friendly, and the management at each location is not only welcoming, but genuinely kind-hearted. You can feel the presence of faith in how they operate — they are God-fearing, Christian-centered, and they carry that spirit of care and excellence into everything they do.

Beyond the food and service, it’s the community they’ve built that truly sets them apart. It’s always a pleasure to be there. I’m so proud of everything they’ve accomplished — Potluck is more than a catering company; it’s a legacy of love, food, and faith.
