We ate at Poulet Rouge in the food court at Square One mall. The food was great. There is a choice of a regular or mini bowl. How it works: you choose your base between Brown Rice or Quinoa or Lettuce or Bulgur Wheat. You can do a 50-50 for the base. Then there’s a choice of 4 different flavoured grilled chicken with a choice of 6 different sauces. Then there’s choice of toppings like corn, peppers, onions, cheese, tomato & cucumber. Over this is again a choice of dressing. The bowls are beautifully layered and so very flavourful. I could not finish my bowl which was a bonus as I took it home for dinner. It is on the expensive side but you do get a choice of pricing depending on how many topping you take. Total bill for 2 regular bowls with all the toppings plus 1 soda pop came to 41$ for 2 people

Exceptional customer service from Randy. Ordered a rouge bowl with bbq sweet chicken and shisha garlic chicken. Half brown rice and half quinoa. With veggies avocado and cheese that are all fresh, bowl was amazing. Thank you again for this amazing bowl freshly made, will definitely be back.
