Yesterday afternoon, my friend and I visited Dal and Chal to enjoy doi fuchka and chaat papri, two of my favorite snacks. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Both dishes were extremely sour and tasteless, far from what I expected.
When we mentioned this to the waitress, she admitted that we werenât the only ones complaining. Apparently, many customers have shared similar feedback, and the staff is aware of the issue. She mentioned that theyâve reported it to the head office, but itâs disappointing that nothing seems to have been done about it.
Based on our experience, I donât think Iâll be returning anytime soon. I hope the management takes the feedback seriously and improves the quality of their food
