The cinnamon presel was good. Disappointed at the customer service. Came today little before 6pm and was looking at the presel options for a good few minutes with my mom. The female employee is just standing at the cash register, staring into oblivion not even caring to ask if there is anything we need help with. I then asked her about the caramel sauce dip, and said I would get it. But she forgot to cash it out at the register and I left without it as it slipped my mind as well.

This is just a friendly recommendation, food was good, but customer service has to improve. The employee seemed like she was more focused on her thoughts than serving me.

Don’t bother coming to get anything here, they are always out of stock and under staffed, they told me last time that they’ll make it fresh in 5 minutes and come back. Waited then came back and he said he didn’t make it because I didn’t pay for it but the moron didn’t ask me too.

Trust me, save yourself the disappointment from this useless location and go elsewhere

I ordered a cookie cake over the phone a few days before my event, the staff was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. It was perfect!

Ordered a large cookie cake for a birthday and expressed that I really needed it to he ready for 4:30pm. Arrived only to find out cake was cooked but not decorated which would take another 18 min. I had ice cream Popsicles with me which melted by the time the cake was ready.They are also not very sanitary. Lady decorating kept touching her hair and dropped scissors on the floor which had separated. She put them back together, didn't clean them before cutting the icing bag that she was using to decorate the cookie.If payment was required in advance to have it ready on time, this should be mentioned to the customer when placing the order. I would have made the payment.

The pretzel was terrible. It was thin, oddly sweet but not savoury that was hoping. They messed up my order too. I was not satisfied and was pretty disappointed. Not worth it.

The pretzel bites here have never disappointed, always fresh and puffy! Will definitely come back to try their pastries!
