Protein Chefs - Mississauga Healthy Meal Delivery

The food is terrible. My chicken meal was ground chicken had to throw half of it out. My pasta meal was chopped up uncooked lasagna noodles had to throw half that out. The flavouring is awful. I was supposed to have it delivered Tuesday but because of the holiday Monday they delayed it. Then they said the courier was too busy so I didn’t get my meals until Thursday.

I’ve already had one mess up with my second order. I had an email saying it would be delivered on Sunday and never happened. It came the following Tuesday. The rep Fiona is the one who sent the email advising. It would be delivered on Sunday only on Monday to tell me that she made an error it’s that it would get delivered and will moving forward always be on a Tuesday, then explained the app very hard to use. She did offer to me and help me due to my work schedule. I was not able to call so she put my next order through and then when I went to go look at it and hit confirm it produced a second order for the same week so I have now been double billed, which is not OK I called her customer service is horrible. She’s not kind to speak to. I’m pretty much told me there’s nothing she can do. I have to send an email so I will not be recommending and I will be sharing this information with everybody at the gym at the dance studio all family members anybody in the Fitness world I will be sharing this with horrible, horrible experience still waiting for my money back.

Fresh food & very healthy

In January I decided to re-subscribe to Protiein Chefs meal plans to get back in shape for my wedding. My wife and I both consulted Protein Chefs to come up with a proper meal plan to suit our individual needs to facilitate a healthy weight loss. After 3 months of sticking to their meals and working out regularly we were both able to lose about 35lbs between the two of us. Our experience with Protein Chefs has been nothing short of miraculous. Their meals are very diverse and extremely flavourful. Being their customer in the past I was sold on the taste but my only concern was about the repetitiveness of their meals. I’m happy to report they have significantly improved the variety of their recipes. Despite having 3 of their meals every single day for almost 5 months straight I am still hooked! The food tastes great and they keep adding recipes to keep things interesting. What’s more is their meals have solid nutritional information so I was able to track my intake accurately. Strongly recommend trying them if you haven’t yet.Oh and the other great thing is I haven’t had to worry about grocery shopping or meal prepping in such a long time its truly a blessing.

Visiting my father this week and found these guys while searching for meal prep services in Mississauga and am I ever glad I did!Tried my first meal this morning, Lemon Coconut Ricotta Pancakes, they were fresh, fluffy and soo tasty! Definitely give these guys a try!

I found Protein Chefs when looking for some keto options in Mississauga. Keto’s great for my diet, but I don’t always have time to meal prep. Great service, delicious food! Fast delivery too. Definitely going to order again.
