We had our executive team into our offices today and I was tasked with having lunch delivered (not my normal function - obviously).
I knew I wasn't necessarily happy with the caliber of any of the normal delivery services I'd experienced in the past and wanted something better for today.
I decided on Puffin Catering because of the great reviews from companies that I recognized in the area as well as the breadth and variety in the menu offerings.
As the date crept up, I was terrified that it wouldn't work out and berating myself for trying a new company for such an important meeting. Sid at Puffin was patient with my follow-ups, kindly confirming and explaining every step along the way, though I'm sure I drove him crazy.
Priya brought our order on time and in full, and helped me set it out properly making sure the chaffing dish was lit and ready to go - she was kind, helpful and went out of her way to put me at ease. Everything was beautifully plated with garnishing on white serving ware and labelled accordingly. A menu was provided as well.
I received many compliments on the presentation and TASTE of the meal, everything looked and smelled and tasted delicious it was difficult to choose amongst it all.
I couldn't be happier with the food, service and presentation at Puffin, I will use them again, and will definitely be recommending them to others.

His team reached 15 min before and food was already in wonderful serving platters with excellent presentation.
