I went over there to get a mixed bowl. I was not really aware of the price and the size however I knew how much options I wanted in the bowl. Staff should be educating the customers and explaining the menu or offering what the special of the day is. Regardless, you will feel overly pressured to order, I felt very uncomfortable today. All I asked was for some extra pasta because the serving size was ridiculous small for the bowl. She was like no, unless you want the 4 sides? She made it seem like I was bothering her as well, overly annoyed instantly. The price jumped to $19, I was fine with paying for it — it was her rude demeanour that through me off and it was quite embarrassing in front of other customers as well. If I am paying for my own meal, I should have a say in how much of a portion I want even if the price does increase, which I was fine with but you shouldn’t embarrass others for that. I haven’t ate the whole day so I didn’t appreciate that. She needs to work on her customer service skills because working in a hospital, most people are dealing with all sorts of things. Her attitude does not help at all, she definitely needs to be working in the back and avoiding customer interactions. I was dealing with a west African employee which I should’ve got her name.

Prices are a little high but thats expected , like an airport' What I didn't expect was almost flat spoons for the soup. When I comented on it, I just got a 'so what' reaction. Last soup I buy there. Who ever ownes this place , check it out.

I just recived food from here I found a long white hair inside my food my break is going to over if I go back to return because I work all the way to the other end and I would not like to go back to see that very ennoying lady face who never smile she looks like a little Asian always work in the morning very ridiculous I feel like she should not work in the front counter because she doesn't even maintain the hygiene with the same gloves she touch food, flayers her face and all front counter yuk I feel like to vomit when you ask her to change the gloves she refuses or wipe her gloves with the cloth laying down on the counter instead changing new gloves
