We’ve ordered from Pumpernickel’s on Eglinton West a few times, and their sandwiches are always good.
Everything tastes fresh and full of flavour. This time we ordered an assorted sandwich platter with vegetarian options as well, and everyone enjoyed it.
We placed our order online, and the delivery arrived right on time.
The order was packed exactly as requested, and the sandwiches were carefully arranged. The salad bowl was also a great portion—perfect for about 5–7 people.
I highly recommend them for office get-togethers, small parties, or even casual eating. Great quality and reliable service every time!

Food is good …. Tasty and of high quality. Girls are borderline rude and need training in Customer Service. Why are all of the sandwiches premade with mayonnaise? Why not offer packets of mayo? Eg… mustard or horseradish enhance the flavour of roast beef. Not able to get an egg or bacon sandwich during lunch hour. Very inflexible options. Girls just say no. My husband loves your lentil soup. I left and went elsewhere.,. Review for Credit Valley Hospital

At first I was a bit sceptical, if I could make the right choice. There is so much good stuff to choose from. But with the guide of the competent and super friendly person behind the counter, I picked the Roast Beef Grilled Sandwich. That was very delicious! I will get back here, even if I don't have to visit someone in the hospital. 😉

My husband and I were at the hospital this afternoon and I needed to take a sandwich home to eat because of blood sugar issues. I ordered a tuna sandwich on rye. First, it was extremely salty, the bread was stale and the lettuce wilty. It was also very pricey for the the horrible sandwich and other items I thought I would like. What a big disappointment from a few years ago. Never again!

The Indian girl was outside is good. Today I had a great experience! The Indian girl on service was friendly, helpful, and patient. They answered all my questions and made sure I was satisfied before I left. Excellent customer service.

As someone who works at Credit Valley Hospital, I often grab food from Pumpernickel for convenience. While the food is usually okay, the service has been disappointing. Staff member who frequently speaks very loudly—often in Punjabi—while serving customers, and it's quite disruptive and unprofessional. On top of that, I’ve noticed them using AirPods during service, which makes interactions feel rushed and inattentive. As a Worker, especially in a hospital setting where many seek a quick, respectful break, this kind of behavior feels careless and disrespectful. I hope management takes steps to improve professionalism at this location. It would make a big difference.

Been eating here at pumpernickers at credit valley least once a day for the last week. Awesome healthy options and surprisingly great taste. They provided generous portion sizes for the value as well. So far all the protein options make my fav list.
I visited this location and again the food is absolutely delicious. My mom loved the lentils soup and salads in general are amazing. ❤️👌

So our go to is the bbq chicken avocado melt sandwich. Must admit its pretty on the expensive side $11.95. but a combo of sandwich and 2 sides seemed fine this time $16.95 Definitely prices are on the higher side. Overall during lunch hours it can be chaotic and very crowded and service is affected but otherwise haven't had a lot of issues.

I asked for a few plates and the owner said he would give me his “cost on each” of .50 cents each. I ended up paying $5 plus tax for 10 plates.
