Very disappointing experience! I have had sandwiches from this Pumpernickel's location prior to COVID, and it was an amazing spot to grab a fresh sandwich. However, the quality and standard of this specific location has really gone down. Sandwiches are no longer fresh - I had gotten food from this location last month, and ended up with stomach pain. Recently, I got a feta sandwich and there was a weird smell coming from the food. I had to unfortunately discard it. There definitely needs to be more quality control implemented at this location.

Went in for takeout on a Friday. The website says they close at 1:30 so does the sign on the door. I got there at 1 o’clock and they told me sorry we are already closed and I asked if I could still get something and they said no because they already close the register as well too, but they’re supposed to be open till 130. I drove all the way there For nothing. They didn’t even try to accommodate or be helpful. Will not go back there again. These days, the people they have working there lack customers service. Would give them zero stars, but there’s no option for that.

This delicious medley of fresh vegetables folded into fluffy eggs is the ultimate way to start your day.Every visit here feels like a gastronomic journey that has been consistently pleasing. The freshness and quality of the ingredients stand out, providing a delightful flavor that leaves me looking forward to my next meal.The ambiance, too, is always welcoming, contributing to an overall fantastic experience. Service is courteous and efficient, further enhancing the charm of Pumpernickel's. I highly recommend the Western Vegetable Omelet - a breakfast classic that Pumpernickel's manages to elevate to an extraordinary level. It's no wonder this place is my all-time favorite.

We’ve been going to pumpernickel since they reopened after Covid, and I tell you things have changed. Every-time we go in the staff is curt and not very friendly. The food is overpriced and charges are always inconsistent. One time I went in got a sandwich and a small salad with a Salmon add on and my bill was 29.95…. How? Sandwich’s are 10.94, small salad is 4.95 and salmon add on is 6.95. Sometimes my sandwich is 16$, sometimes it’s 15$, and sometimes it’s $17. Today I went in and got a bbq chicken avocado sandwich and was charged 10.95 BUT the chicken was partially raw. Given the location people have a limited time to grab their lunch and eat before heading back to work so there’s no time to go back in and complain. The restaurant needs proper quality control. Unfortunately I will not be coming back but hopefully someone has a better experience.
