Very disappointing experience! I have had sandwiches from this Pumpernickel's location prior to COVID, and it was an amazing spot to grab a fresh sandwich. However, the quality and standard of this specific location has really gone down. Sandwiches are no longer fresh - I had gotten food from this location last month, and ended up with stomach pain. Recently, I got a feta sandwich and there was a weird smell coming from the food. I had to unfortunately discard it. There definitely needs to be more quality control implemented at this location.

Went in for takeout on a Friday. The website says they close at 1:30 so does the sign on the door. I got there at 1 o’clock and they told me sorry we are already closed and I asked if I could still get something and they said no because they already close the register as well too, but they’re supposed to be open till 130. I drove all the way there For nothing. They didn’t even try to accommodate or be helpful. Will not go back there again. These days, the people they have working there lack customers service. Would give them zero stars, but there’s no option for that.
