I love to share my reviews about this location. Am regular customer here. I usually go there whenever am feel hungry. They have good option in food for all type of people like they have good protein foods as well like chicken and fish have enough protein in one serving .If i talk about the atmosphere and staff , staff is very friendly they always warm welcome with big smile and greeting , store is always neat and clean , plenty of sitting area, a mild songs always soothes your mood and u feel relax there.one thing which i like most whenever u need anything the staff always ready to help u with happy face it doesn’t matter u ask anything for 2 times or 10 times there behaviour always be same. I would recommend this location to all who want to pang their hunger.❤️

Oh boy where do I even start with this absolute circus of a franchise? If you're looking for a masterclass in scamming people, this location is your PhD program. I walked in on November 29th, right after 1 PM, all excited for some tacos, only to be greeted with confusion and frustration. Apparently, this place doesn’t honor the nationwide Quesada promo. Why? Well, because they’ve apparently invented their “own”rules, and one of them is “Only sell one $3 taco to each customer.” I mean, who’s gonna stop you from making up policies on the spot, right? Just last week, I was at the other Quesada by Argentia and they sold me 10. But sure, okay, whatever.

I decided to go for the regular 3 taco combo instead since the “$3” promotion was not obtainable…. Easy, right? WRONG. The employee rang each taco up separately like it was an a la carte menu instead, charging me three times for the guac, any additional premium toppings, the whole nine yards basically. A simple $14 lunch suddenly became a $30+ lunch, because clearly, that’s how you keep business thriving in 2024….. When I asked why, the employee just shrugged and said, “That’s how management told me to do it.” Great. I guess your management is clearly running a world-class operation over here trying to squeeze the last penny out of every paying customer.

But wait, there’s more! If you’re into watching your food being handled in the most unsanitary way possible, this place has you covered! The employee wasn't wearing a hairnet and was literally touching food with her bare hands. No hair in my tacos, thank God, but I’m pretty sure that violates some food safety laws in our province...

And the real cherry on the cake here was when I asked for extra napkins I was told there’s an "extra charge" for that too and that they have a limit for maximum napkins provided to customers.. I was half-expecting them to charge me for air next. And what? Do I need to pay to leave as well??

At this point, I’m convinced whatever training they provide at this location is more about how to take people’s money in the most inhumane ways possible than actually caring about the food they prepare safely or even following corporate guidelines and promotions.

But hey, if you enjoy being nickel-and-dimed and overpaying for bland and subpar Mexican food and in a very disgusting environment then this is the spot for you!

I will DEFINITELY be forwarding this review off to Quesada corporate hoping they knock some sense into the franchise owner here. This is not how you run a business. And while I’m at it I’ll also inform Peel Public Health about all the violations I witnessed today!

The service here was absolutely amazing! The two ladies were so lovely and accommodating. I brought eight noisy 12 year olds, and they helped arrange our seating with a smile. Specially, I came in early to preorder for my son’s birthday and when we came back, they had hung a Happy Birthday sign and had prepared a piece of cake. Totally unexpected and thoughtful. Food was tasty and gobbled up quickly. I would return here anytime and would recommend to all.

Got a large spicy chicken burrito w/ spicy salsa. Said it was 7/10 spicy but felt like it was more of 3/10. Great portion for the price though!

The staff was friendly, atmosphere was very clean.
Will definitely visit again to try their nachos!

The bes t place for dine in. The presentation always on point, and the flavors perfect as always too . Spicy chicken burrito is a burst of deliciousness in every bite. I highly recommend trying it out.

These were the worst tacos I have eaten outside of a school cafeteria. The hard tacos were cold and damp, the lettuce starting to brown, the toppings mediocre. What a waste of money. I have no idea how it was rated 4.5 stars, those reviews were clearly written by bots.

Found a stone in my burrito bowl today , and the cashier casually asked me to throw it in the dustbin and told me that they normally have that with rice , r u guys even aware that u cannot serve people like that , literally never coming back here , worst quality ever
