It's a hotel restaurant next to the lobby. It is what it is, but I've been coming to this restaurant for years even though i have never stayed at the hotel. The food is good. The service is excellent. It's quiet. It's never too busy. It's 100% reliable. It's perfect for a simple business lunch and so conveniently located. If you're looking for highly imaginative 5 star dining, this is not the place, but if you want good food, with something on the menu for everyone, lots of parking and a perfectly pleasant environment, this is a good option.

I was there for pickup my dinner.
I wanted my brisket sandwich exactly the way I wanted.
Luckily I found Dennis on counter, Dennis made me delighted my sandwich was perfectly toasted and cheese melted inside.
Dennis himself went to kitchen to make sure that he has a happy customer, he provided all other stuff of my order with all the necessities.
Definitely Dennis is an asset for this organization.
I will be regular to this hotel from now on.
Thanks Dennis.

Every year I eat here for the weekend of Transformers Convention. It's been a tradition since 2015 for me. I always look forward to the delicious food here.

Stopped in for dinner, ordered an appy and fish and chips. The fish came out soggy, there was still wet batter on the fish. Explained it to the waitress, they took my plate and offered me a dessert. Which I declined. The bill came and the fish and chips was still on there. When I asked the waitress she mentioned the kitchen offered you dessert for the issue but still made me pay for a meal I couldn't eat.

I then asked for the dessert to go. This a a $28 cheese cake i guess takes the place of a uncooked meal.

Horrible way to treat customers. I stay at this hotel every 4 weeks for work.

REPLY: A hotel manager called me and corrected these actions. I am happy with his resolution

Disappointed with Breakfast at Quest Restaurant – Not Up to Hilton Standards

The breakfast at Quest Restaurant was extremely underwhelming and did not meet the high standards typically associated with Hilton. Only two out of four food stations were included in the complimentary breakfast. If you wanted anything hot such as waffles, hashbrowns, or eggs there was an additional $6 charge.

I’ve never experienced such a limited and disappointing breakfast offering at a Hilton property. The service and selection were truly below expectations.

We had reservations for two. It was our first time and didn't know the restaurant was within the Hilton hotel so it took some time for us to find the place. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. One of the only downsides was the confusion of not having menus ready at the table, but one of the waitresses noticed and helped. I had the omelette with a breakfast salad, potatoes and sourdough bread while my boyfriend had the full Canadian breakfast. The options were limited, nothing fancy but everything tasted good and fresh. Overall we had a good experience.

If you are not familiar with the area, it can be tricky to know where you can park for free if you're not staying at the hotel (and we weren't). Once we were seated, the server was AMAZING. She was very attentive and she took the time to explain all the food items which would be okay for one of us who had a gluten allergy. It was amazing the care and the attention to detail she took - I was impressed.

Came here for breakfast. Food? Fantastic, atmosphere? Great, but the star was Ana our server. She was attentive and caring and treated my me and my family well. Thank you for the great meal!

We had a nice dinner and the lovely waitress brought out a birthday sweet for my daughter!

Good dining experience. The only drawback were the portions were quite a bit smaller compared to other tapas restaurants.

We as a family come there every Christmas day for the Christmas dinner buffet last year was much more enjoyable as it wasn't in one large ballroom, which felt like an overcrowded wedding. It was not a pleasurable experience as I could barely hear the person across the table speaking also there was no Christmas music and it's odd cause it's called a Christmas dinner buffet so there should be Christmas music. There was just this music that sounded like pounding. The food was enjoyable, but other than that the ambience was quite lacking, and the staff seemed overworked.

They moved the buffet from their dining room to the conference room which made this experience very loud and disorderly. People were constantly brushing your chair as they made their way to the buffet. Food was not as good as in previous years. Many times platters were near empty and less choices than in previous years. They increased the price but decreased the service.

I was very pleased that the staff read my e-mail sent to them two days earlier in regards to my partner who is completely visually impaired. She likes eating out but prefers to be a bit private. When we arrived, the staff said they read the e-mail and we were given a two-seat table near the entrance to the buffet in the next room. Waiters and others were extremely upbeat and accommodating to our needs and as such, tended to us extremely well. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas dinner experience and all things being equal, we'll be returning for the Christmas dinner in 2025. All the best for the New Year...Glen...
