i always had great food from quik chik.n i order 3 or 4 times a month before not anymore.as when i order last time chicken n poutine seems like a day old as i ordered at night 11pm.n when i complained they asked me to wait 2 days n after that they said its not our fault..
I went to the Heartland location and the man who was preparing the food was not wearing gloves while he was covering the chicken with the flour.
When I talked to the man at the front he seemed to be angry and told me that the kitchen staff who couldn't be seen are wearing gloves. This is disgusting and unhygienic. Gloves are not expensive. You can by a box of 50 for $7. Changes must be made.
First time tried at location @ 3355 Hurontario street Mississauga ON, never go back dirty location worst customer services bugs everywhere chicken was open on the shelfs plus we ordered burgers and payed extra for side of mashed potatoes for my little daughter but when she ate those mashed they were so spicy because of the gravy on top so my daughter refused to eat , I took back mashed potatoes to counter and asked girl to exchange or give me without gravy she refused with rudely...read full review
