We were visiting from the US so for us, this bakery was definitely a treat. We tried their chicken puff patties, pineapple, coffee and chocolate pastries/cakes. Everything was super yummy and tasted like the ones in Pakistan.. Didn't like the butter/chocolate cookies though. They tasted pretty average and more like an American short bread cookie unlike the crispy ones in Pakistan. Definitely would come back for the pastries and savory items.

customer service is actually pathetic. must replace the front facing sales person. zero professionalism. Gave wrong order, I asked for rolls and chicken and veg samosas. Asked me "alag alag pack kerne hain"? she packed only samosas and no rolls. i had got the chicken bread also. website also shows wrong pricing for samosas. she charged me 2$ something for veg and 4$ something for chicken samosa! and best part is there is no chutney and no receipt?
editing to add: someone mentioning below store is new so be patient. I agree store is new. The employees are also new to canada and its culture? And even if they are new, why there is no training done on them. The lady with glasses should be replaced asap if you want to save Rahat Bakers.
editing to add on 30 sep 2024: the staff is amazing and very patient, the front facing lady greets extremely well and very polite. love rahat bakers!! thankyou for listening!
Must try their almond cake :)

Tried two things only for now and liked their Gulab Jamun and Cham Cham! ?
After a year, tried Chicken patty, Chicken Kachori (the best) and potato samosa in this beautiful rainy weather and loved everything.

I was disappointed. It's nothing in comparison to the Rahat bakery in Pakistan. The food selection was minimal. They only had chicken items the day that I went. The bakery cookies are ridiculously overpriced at 17 bucks a pound. The pineapple cake and almond cake was fresh. The chicken kachori gave my family diarrhea. $10 for a kabab roll that doesn't even fill one child.
It's just hyped up because of its name and reputation in Pakistan. I will not return.
Parking: Tight parking spots, and it was hard to find one, on a weekday!

Aunty was weird at the front but food was good
Bad quality samosa and patties, too oily. You can tell they reheat them over and over again, not fresh. There are so many better options in mississauga.
