I have been a regular customer at Rajdhani Restaurant, visiting twice a week mainly for the channa bhatura. In my previous visits, I was always served pickle along with the dish. However, today when I politely asked for pickle, I was denied. This left me very disappointed, especially since I have been a loyal customer and spend a good amount of money here. Unfortunately, this experience has hurt me, and I have decided that I will not be visiting this restaurant again.

I haven't been to this place (Rajdhani at Bristol & Terry Fox) in a long time until last night and NOW what a terrible disappointment. We ordered a starter, Chole Bhatura, Pav Bhaji, Kulcha and Thali - spicy. All of these were consistent in horrible taste, tepid and not having any flavor.

These were total antithesis of Punjabi food, which is supposed to be zesty, peppy, tasty and flavorfully effervescent - nothing subtle. This was so disappointing. I wonder how anyone can rate this food higher than a 1-star.

It is such a disappointment that the taste of the food, at what used to be a good place, can be run-down so badly in 1-2 years. They need to fire the chef or retrain.

The saving grace was the service - Rajvi & Harman served our table extremely well. I give service 5-star rating.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Found a Live Cockroach in Food!

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at Rajdhani Restaurant. While eating, we discovered a live cockroach in the food. Yes, alive. When we informed the staff, one of them casually took it away without any proper reaction or serious concern. No hygiene check, no investigation, not even a proper apology.

What’s even more shocking – the manager was right there, saw everything, and didn’t even bother to come over or say a single word. No apology, no explanation, absolutely zero accountability. As if this kind of incident is just routine for them.

And to top it all off, they brought us the full bill like nothing happened.Just a shocking level of indifference to a serious health and hygiene issue.

This is not just bad service – this is dangerous and unacceptable. If this is how they operate in front of customers, I can only imagine how things are in the kitchen.

Very bad customer service and people who work there are not providing answers to customer queries. Especially they don’t care of customer kind of attitude. This is not first time I’m coming here but felt to report this to manager or senior level management on this. Please take care and provide good customer service.

I bought 2 aloo patties around 1 pm today (August 18). The patties were not fresh. The potato were spoiled and sour. The potato were very sour and bad. I would not visit back. Very disappointed.
The samosa and tea was also cold. The server did not even bother to heat and serve.
