Great place to go. Feel like enjoying your time out and playing slot machines or bingo. The stuff is very friendly there. If you can't make it to other casinos or bingo halls, this is a great place to go for gaming

I’ve played in casinos all over the U.S. and Canada but these are the tightest machines I’ve ever played. Even tighter than the ones in Vegas

You in with a coffee from outside, regardless of the fact that there are no signs anywhere that say you cannot bring in outside drinks. Your loss my money will stay with me.

We have been coming to Rama Gaming house for a long time, but wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the amazing food experience we had tonight. The Smoke house burger tonight was the best I’ve had and wanted to share my compliments to the Chef tonight. Thank you to John for the amazing customer service you bring to the dining experience. 5 Star Evening. Time for enjoyable moments the slot machines bring.

This is the first and last time I will visit this casino. I regularly frequent Mohawk and Fallsview, and decided to try it out here because I live in Mississauga. I played and then decided to sit quietly at the bar while waiting for my dad to finish up his free games before leaving and the worker told me I had to leave because I didn’t buy anything. There was not a single person sitting at the bar besides me. I wasn’t taking anyone’s spot, I wasn’t causing the casino to lose money by sitting there since the bar was already empty. She called her manager, and he made me throw out a drink I had brought in, despite having it with me for 45 minutes already at that point because no one told me to throw it out when I walked in.

Every other casino you go to treats the players so well and all workers are always so kind. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at a casino, EVER. So disappointing. I had played. I wasn’t loitering. I wasn’t being a disturbance. I was sitting quietly in a corner where no one else was sitting during a clearly very dead hour at the bar so I was not taking business away from the bar.

Learn to treat the players and customers nicer. I’ve worked in customer service since I was 15 — there’s no reason to be so defensive to someone who is sitting quietly and not causing any sort of disturbance, after I had already played and was waiting for my dad to finish his free games. Safe to say I will not be returning and would rather drive all the way to Milton than come back to this casino that’s only 15 minutes from my house.

Whoever was working at the front checking IDs on December 8th at around 3pm was your only nice employee and was very kind to me. You should be more like her and use her as an example.

Also, the soap dispensers in the women’s washroom both didn’t work.

Played a few slots. Tried out the food. Got the Spicy Crispy Calamari, it was good. Ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo & added Roasted Chicken, wasn’t bad but wished there was more pasta to go with the chicken. Also ordered the Chicken & Waffles, don’t think I would order that again. Chicken was good but some of the breading was overcooked and hard the waffle was a little too dense. Overall customer service was good. Super attentive, quick and efficient.

This place has gone downhill big time. They have tightened up the machines so much it is ridiculous. I put $700 in the Rooster machine at max $2.00 and didn’t even get one bonus. Definitely not the same place as 2, 3 years ago. Very disappointing. I highly recommend you go somewhere else unless you’re okay throwing away your money. This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating!

But don't expect the coffee guy to be there unless you are sitting at a machine. I followed the lady around and learned that we had to be seated 🤣

Fun place. The first time you go you get a $20.00 free game pass. As long as you don't abuse the gambling privileges, you'll have fun. Lots of different machines

Service was rude from the beginning to the end. Couldn't even order what we wanted from the bar. Atmosphere wasn't that great

I w would like to recognize an employee by the name of Hannah. She good goes out of her way to make sure that she greets customers takes interest in their day and is always smiling. I have been coming here for many years and the management sees me come in never acknowledges my presence but Hannah always does. Thank you Hannah. Keep up the great work.
